I created my website and webmail thru vistaprint when I opened my business in 2012. It was the worst thing I have done for my business. I have not been able to transfer my emails to another webmail provider because Vistaprint said "we don't do that" which means I will lose all my information if I cancel my services. Everytime my email gets full I have to call and let them know, in 2019 they told me i had to create a new email address and move all of my emails to the new address so I can free up space... ridiculos, but since I have a business to run I had no choice. 2020 I archived my emails again, 2021 they were actually able to help me and the archived my emails. No issues, I was able to continue to work during the day while emails were backing up.
TODAY! I could not access my email via outlook logged in to my webmail and my inbox was at 92% full, I called VP and have been on the phone with them all day about 6 or 7 times. I have not been able to work all day. I asked them to archive as they did before. They said I had to do it myself - I told the customer service representative that Vistaprint did that for me in the past, she had no clue what I was talking about. I hung up, called again, spoke with different person, she said, yes we can do that - however; she informed me they were having as she said "internal issues" once on the phone with customer service I asked them not to archive, that I would call back because I need to work and access emails and did not want any issues. Customer service representative said, no problem, I will let them know not to continue the process until you call back. Well apparently they did not read the notes and they archived all my emails which meant they emptied my inbox and I am not able to access any emails, have not been able to work all day not able to reply to my clients etc. This all started at 8:00 am it is now 6:00 pm and I still cannot access my emails.
Anytime I call vistaprint I have to speak with three or four different people repeat the problem and then they put you on hold for a long time. I have done the same process for different things related to my webmail in the past, everytime I call even though I know what they need to do because I had dealt with the same issue before, people tell me something different. Vistaprint has people that are not qualified at all - it is extremely frustrating and it costs my company money everytime me or my staff are unable to use our email. As I said earlier today I was not able to read, send or reply to any emails, I spent all day on the phone with Vistaprint and nothing has been resolved...

VistaPrint business cards

I paid a total $34.47 for 250 business cards from VistaPrint. The quality was poor. The actual color of my tel#, email, and city was printed in light gray ink which is very hard to read. The picture on the website that showed what my design was supposed to look like was in a darker gray ink which was easy to read. When I spoke to VistaPrint customer service they refused to fix my order unless I BOUGHT A 2nd order. Screw that. I am not going to reward Vista Print with more money for a mistake they made. Don't buy business cards from VistaPrint. For less than $25.00 you can buy 250 business cards from FedEx store, GotPrint.com, NextDayFlyers.com, and a host of others if you just google business cards. I made a mistake buying from VistaPrint. You should not repeat this mistake. They are more expensive and they're greedy. Imagine - They said we'll reprint the business cards if you make a 2nd reprint order. How Outrageous!

Tried to create a graphic. - ended up needing to use the revisions within the webpage with help because the features on their website were un-useable to create the graphic we were looking for. For a business service this is not very friendly - no wonder so many businesses and other entrepreneurs' use their local paper companies.
When I finally got in contact with the first customer care representative, they moved me toward making a design request even tho I already had my EXACT design. This would have charged me an Extra $5.00 to even just see the graphic created based on the picture of the EXACT GRAPHIC I WANTED TO RECREATE.
Also had a colleague ask for some revisions on a separate type of graphic that allowed you to do revisions through email online without paying the $5. And was given about 3-4 really not nicely made graphics. This place is a money grab and is a joke - trust your local graphic designers and paper companies over some cooperated place like this one. Waste of time and energy.

Poor customer service

I placed an other on 2 jan the sat on order until 12 jan. When I talked with customer service to find out why they had taken so long. 1 she was finding it funny that I would complain about such a long delay.
2 asked to take with a manager told can't do that would get one to call me back …
I had to call them again. Now not getting my order for an other 5 days very poor

Vista Print refused to re-print our Winter Haven 912, a Christian Conservative Group, business cards which they had been printing for 4 years. There was no explanation other than the following:
Dear Glynnda,

We're writing about the recent order you placed: As a matter of policy, VistaPrint will not knowingly produce or sell any products that violate our terms and conditions of sale. Effective immediately, we're unable to fulfill this order.

Your order has been cancelled and any future orders of this type will be subject to similar cancellation.

When we called to ask what "terms and conditions of sale" we had violated since this same card (except for address change) has been printed by them for years with payment in advance without problem. She was told it was a "content problem" but no explanation was given as to what specific content violated their policy.

Recommend BOYCOTTING obviously WOKE Vistaprint. As a private co they can deny service to anyone they want but we need not give them any $.

Amazing customer service and great quality products and workmanship. I have ordered invitations, thank you cards, Christmas cards, new home announcements and business cards from Vistaprint. Hugely satistified. Every time. I have myself submitted and reviewed orders with cropping errors and their customer service were not only kind and reassuring, but expedited complete reorders to me! Their prices are reasonable for the quality! I highly recommend! Today "Newton" assisted me… very grateful for his help!

Poor follow-through

Vista print seemed like a good option for ordering a few logo clothing items. An order was placed over a month before the items were needed. 4 items were ordered and 2 were received right away. The other 2 were still 'in process'. The date of anticipated delivery passed and I followed up with customer service and have now talked to 3 different people. No one can get an answer from production as to where our order is or when it will be done. And now we won't have a much needed Christmas gift for a party. The customer service staff I've talked to have tried to help me, but their process is a game of telephone with no one having the answer. So I would strongly recommend finding an alternative option for clothing orders.

Horrible order processing department

I ordered a dozen personalized tumblers as a gift for my veterinarian, allowing plenty of time to receive before I needed them. After waiting for weeks and not receiving a shipment email, I checked my order and it was canceled (not by me). When I called, the customer service rep said it appears the transaction didn't go through or get processed (he suggested a possible glitch). I asked why they wouldn't try to follow up or at least email me instead of simply canceling. He apologized profusely, which he shouldn't have to do for someone else's failure. He offered to give me a discount, but now, with having to wait another few weeks, it has ruined my gift because it won't be ready in time. Besides, why would I give them any business now, even at a discount? Maybe if I had ordered a thousand dollars worth of merchandise, they would have taken the time to correct their failure, but my small order apparently isn't enough for them to bother getting right.

Print quality is mediocre. Shipping time is always longer than expected. Constant upselling makes the site difficult to impossible to use. *New* ads are added when you make a purchase, trying to scam you into "discount" memberships or other things that will harvest your data. Customer service is slow, and interacting with them is even worse. Companies that operate this way SHOULD NOT be rewarded with your money. Many alternatives exist in local print shops and other online providers. Avoid VistaPrint at every opportunity.

Customer Service

We use VistaPrint often for business cards as well as promotional items on a frequent basis. No company is perfect and have run into a couple of issues, but their level of customer service is far better than any competitor and that goes a long way! VistaPrint has stepped up every single time to make things right and we will continue working with them because of their willingness to listen as well as the great products offered.

Awful company.

They are very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They sold me an out of stock product and proceeded to hold my money for a month. The "customer service" rep emailed me and said they "assumed" I wanted my order cancelled, then cancelled my order without my authorization. By doing this, they didn't honor my discount code that I had used and now it's gone. The rep "Bryan" was condescending and made sure that I'll never give them my business again. They offered no remedy to the situation at all. I would recommend Zazzle over these awful people.

I couldn't give enough positive reviews on VistaPrint. I have a photography business, and tried so far their flyers and business cards. The print and product quality is great, however the even more great part is their service. I had two small issues on these orders - in the flyers I found a typo within a day of ordering, and on the business card there was an issue somewhere between the print and the design. On both cases I contacted them through the website, and got a return call after a few seconds. The person on the other side had good English and a perfect, polite and happy to help attitude. The time to deliver was also fast.
We run a few businesses here and use VistaPrint solely for all our promotion materials. Highly recommended.

I do graphic and marketing design, I have used VistaPrint on couple of my projects, I had a client that uses the popular Script Biloxi for most of their promotional products, Vistaprint doesn't have the Font, or the option to upload very limited. That's pretty bad..

Harcover Art Book

This site just sent me 35 copies of a hardcover book containing my paintings. The quality of the printing was very good; crisp lines and good colours. The binding looks really professional and the cover came out great.

There were no damaged books and the shipping was good. Order came four days early.
There were a couple mistakes that I made, but for the overall quality of the books, I'm not bothering them!

Very happy with this company's work, they make a quality product.

Vistaprint is Amazing

I have ordered many things from Vistaprint over many years. Most recently I ordered two sweatshirts (matching artwork, different sizes) and left 3 & 4 star reviews on the items, as the coloring was a bit off, and on 1 sweatshirt the image is slightly off-centered. I left comments to that effect in my reviews, indicating no ill-will or overall dissatisfaction, and would recommend/order again. The day after submitting the reviews I received a Merchandise Credit in my account for the full cost of my order! I was pleasantly surprised as I had no intention of asking for any refund or credit. The only thing that threw me a little is that my reviews are not posted on their site. So it seems they attempt to appease and 'silence' even slightly negative reviews with store credit. I'm fine with the outcome overall, and will continue using Vistaprint loyally. Refunding the full cost of every review below 5 stars would be very costly if they didn't genuinely have such a great track record of producing high-quality, satisfactory work. My only caution is if you like to rely on customer reviews, you might not want to here.

Had a very very very bad experience with customer service. Guaranteed my order within 10 days... order was never processed... after several complaints. I requested a refund, which I did receive. I have been using VISTA for many years. Never AGAIN... unacceptable customer service. Customer representative laughing with co-workers because I was unhappy being lied to about my order delivery date.
