Vistaprint is the best

I have made over 30 t-shirts & a calendar from Vistaprint and have been satisfied every single time! A couple times, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, and they let me keep the wrong one and sent me the right size for no extra charge!
I RECOMMEND VISTAPRINT TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Vistaprint when I approached them to design a unique logo for my business and to provide me with the necessary resources to trademark it. Unfortunately, their claims turned out to be completely false, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their services.

Upon contacting Vistaprint, I was enticed by their promises of a uniquely designed logo that would be exclusively mine. They assured me that I would have full ownership and control over the logo, including the ability to trademark it for my business. This was a crucial requirement for me, as I wanted to protect my brand and establish a distinct identity in the market.

However, when I received the final logo design from Vistaprint, I was shocked to find out that it was nothing more than a generic template that lacked originality. It was clear that they had not invested any effort into creating a unique design tailored to my business. The logo failed to capture the essence of my brand and simply looked like a generic clip art that anyone could use.

As a result of Vistaprint's false claims and lack of follow-through, I was left with a logo that was far from being unique or representative of my business. The inability to trademark the logo further hindered my efforts to protect my brand identity. I felt cheated and deceived by Vistaprint's marketing tactics, which ultimately wasted my time and money!

I strongly advise anyone considering Vistaprint for logo design or trademark services to proceed with caution. Instead, I recommend seeking out reputable design agencies or professional graphic designers who can genuinely create a logo that reflects your brand and provide you with accurate guidance on trademarking.

I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a truly personalized logo design or trademark support.

Absolute amazing company. Wrong order was placed and they made it right. Now only did they correct the order they sent it out again. Free. The whole order free and so was the extra shipping. Martina the customer service rep was absolutely amazing. Compared to support american companies provide im absolutely in shock. Will be backfor the fourth time!

Very unsatisfactory

I placed an order and I realized not even 12 hours later that I made a mistake and I needed to change and add things that were important and they told me they would give me a store credit as they shipped my stuff out to me I've been a customer for 15 years I don't do this often. I feel like they just should've sent out new brochures and did the right thing.

T-shirts logo

I uploaded the logo in high resolution. For printing on two T-shirts. The colors do not look bright and faded... the logo on the back of the T-shirt should have been between the shoulder blades but turned out to be almost on the lower back. I'm just silent about the quality of T-shirts... for all this I paid $ 90

Late delivery & bad customer service

Don't bother ordering here if your order is urgent and important.
We ordered Express for a conference and never received the flyers.
We also never received any notification about any delay.
We only learned about a "delay in production" once we messaged them on the day of the scheduled delivery.
By then it was already too late as the event had already started.
Three days earlier we were messaging them via their support chat, to double check and confirm that the ETA is still accurate and the shipment is on track. At that point, we only received positive assurances.
Three days later and everything had seemingly changed...

Not that I'm that fond of Vistaprint anyway, but my company is currently using them for our Website. TVistaprint has now combined with WIX and are calling it VISTA x WIX. WIX is "currently" migrating websites, doing this with no choice of whether we want a redesign of our site. Now that's GALL.
NO INFO on when this miraculous re-birth might happen over a year, and our price will go up (we didn't have a choice on that either). But my biggest complaint is that apparently Vistaprint/Wix are working on my website (I guess, who really knows?) And there is NO PLACE TO FIND ANSWERS ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON after whatever hours they are deciding to be open (Apparently the WHOLE WORLD revolves around whatever time they deem as important). I work after hours. I need to post some info RIGHT NOW, but our site and anything I need to change on it is only available who knows when? But I can't find that out to do my job because if I want to ask anyone I can fill out an email request and expect an email sometime in the next 24 hours. But even with THAT, THE ONLY INFO that they will answer by email is "Need a password?" or "Reset your Password." Really? That's the only thing you think could be needed across the world? MORONS.

I PROMISE that I will do everything in my power to make my company choose a MORE RELIABLE and useful place to do business. You can BE SURE my recommendation won't be with VISTAPRINT NOR WIX.

I can't give you anything to verify my credentials as I am only a lowly graphic designer. We don't matter.

Great service

I had paid more for some products and realized a week later price had dropped. The amazing staff member credited me the difference. This was not expected and lovely way to treat a returning customer - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISTA PRINT FOR THEIR SPEEDY AND GREAT SERVICE OVER MANY YEARS.

TERRIBLE!

I have ordered thousands of items on Vistaprint. Today, I got less than half my items delivered and it said that the whole order was shipping together AND there were some items I ordered that were no longer in the order on the site. There was no phone number on the site. All you could do was request a call back. I started a chat and asked for the phone number. They gave me one that only led to a busy signal. I requested that call back. They called AND THEN KEPT ME ON HOLD! I old the chat agent and she called me. Awful! She told me (chuckling) that if I had ordered the items they would not just disappear from the order. I asked FIVE times to speak with a supervisor. The agent said she would put me on hold for 2-3 minutes. That was the first 5 minutes on hold. She came back on and said that she would try again. That was another 5 minutes. I finally hung up. I hope I get my order...at least what is still listed on the order...and then I will NEVER order from Vistaprint again. There are too many other less stressful and better options.

Had them print a invitation and envelope. They could not match the envelope with the invitation the color of it. They ran it three times and always told me yes we would run it and compare it to the invitation and match the color. No luck a waste of my time and a waste of my clients time I do not recommend Vista Print at all

Tried to design a photobook with their designer page (several times). It uploads about 4 of the 40 photos then asks if you are happy with blank pages for the rest! What a joke and waste of time, just go elsewhere to someone who knows that they are doing because clearly Vistaprint have no idea.

The worst ever.

Stah away. These people are a nightmare. In trying to "help" they do not bother looking at what is actually seen on the screen and as such you have NO idea what they are talking about. They have no issue changing font sizes and fonts...they are a terrible company and very frustrating to work with.

Vistaprint is going through a merger with Wix. They have completely disrupted businesses with inoperable calendars. Calendar invitations are disappearing, recipients are unable to see links to join meetings, calendar invites are unable to show on phone and saved information within the invites is disappearing. This has gone on for over a month with little to no sense of urgency to correct the problem. You are kind of trapped if you website and email is with this organization. We were holding out to see if Wix would be any better but it seems at this point we will have to explore other options. This is a time commitment that cost us money. I would strongly recommend using someone other than Vistaprint.

I paid nearly $30 for shipping alone for business cards that would arrive by today and they said it would be delayed.I needed it for a conference, so all the money I spent on business cards is useless.
I would not recommend this company. I tried calling to file a complaint and they told me I could leave a comment on the survey after I finished with that employee representative. The phone call abruptly ended after that, there was no option to leave my feedback.
Again, I don't recommend

Everything about working with Vistaprint has been great, however, the puzzle pieces in a 500 piece are almost identical in shape. It makes the puzzle more difficult and a little redundant, but I guess some people would think it makes it more challenging. I'm not sure which I think yet, but when looking for pieces, they all seem like they might fit in the same-shape matches... if they have similar colors, which makes it difficult in a way maybe it shouldn't be. Seems easy to fix if a computer is randomizing the shapes of the pieces when they're cut out. Otherwise, everything else is cool.

UTTERLY APPALING SERVICE! Vistaprint you are the worst company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with, and people need to be warned of your bad business practice. We have not been able to make any changes to our website for months as you sold us on to Wix without our prior knowledge or consent. We have wasted hours calling you just to be told that a ticket has been raised and someone will call back. Nobody ever did! We cancelled our website with you as it we could not update it. You were supposed to give us an authorisation code to transfer this and again nothing from you. Now we have lost our emails and have no website as they are refusing to transfer the domain! Please anyone reading this think twice before you use such a terrible company!
