Quick and easy..
I passed an order for contact lenses using your internet site, but did not receive a tracking number by email like I usually do. I wait a few days, but nothing. Then I decide to call your customer service to verify. They say that there is something wrong with my credit card and are unable to run the payment with PayPal. PayPal? They claimed that I received an email to explain the problem, but it is not true. I log on to PayPal and find out what is wrong, (expiration date) and correct it. I call back your customer service, but I am unable to speak to anybody. I am invited to leave a detailed message, which is what I do, saying that they should now be able to run the payment. A few day later, still nothing. I call back your customer service, and then I speak to a kind women that runs the payment like if nothing never happened. I feel that this is a little too complicated for a contact lenses order. How should I know that my PayPal account should have been updated before I buy online at your place? Next time I'll find a place where things are much simpler. Thanks.
