Price was a bit more than most other sites & $14 for shipping is pretty outrageous when it took a week to be delivered. But i couldn't find my written RX so i appreciate that you filled my order without it. Product is perfect, i can only wear Acuvue Oasys lenses so i was happy that Visionpros.com carries them in stock. Thanks!

I am so happy to have found vision pros. I have recommended them to everyone I know who wears contacts. The contacts I've received are name brand and of good quality. I don't have any complaints with the products or service I received and will continue using them as long as they are around.

First time I placed order with credit card info, next screen was blank (white). A bit unnerving when shopping online using credit card. I had to place order second time. Hopefully, I am not charged twice.

Had some issues with the ordering chart not coming up properly and had to try 4 times for products to be added to cart before it finally worked...was pretty frustrating and almost gave up. Tried it in both Explorer and Chrome - finally worked in Explorer.
I was completely shocked to learn that I ordered from the wrong website! Instead of ordering from the Canadian website I ordered from the U.S. website! Since you are a Canadian company, I assumed that there was only 1 website. On many websites, there is an icon that says "Canadian Costimers Click Here".
Perhaps I should be more savy when it comes to online ordering, but I was extremely disappointed when my VISA statement showed I was charged much more than anticipated since the original invoice I received showed no indication that I was ordering in U.S. funds.
The other complaint that I wrote about when I first filled in the survey is that the lowest price possible was not posted. When checking out, I had to go back and forth to enter a coupon code.
Needless to say, I would definitely warn others about ordering. Here I thought I was getting a great deal, only to learn I would have saved money ordering from Clearly Contacts!
When I called to ask why I was charged in U.S. funds, I was simply told it was my own fault for not choosing the right website and that I would have to take a screen shot of my VISA bill and send it in to see whether I could get some money back. If I did order from the Canadian website, I would have received a much better deal than Clearly Contacts. In the end, I spent much more.
I will be sending in my VISA statement in the hopes of getting a refund, although I am very skeptical I will end up getting a good deal.
In the end, this was a very disappointing experience. I understand that I should have been more careful and paid much more attention to which site I was ordering from, but I'm sure I'm not the first Canadian who has had this problem.
