I got a message on 12/4/18 that my order was being sent. I still have not received it. I have sent email messages and get replys that have nothing to do with the answering my questions. If this isn't resolved in time to give as a Christmas gift, I want it credited to my credit card.
I ordered a shirt almost a month ago. It said it'd get here by the 7th, but now it's the 14th. I wouldn't mind it being late, but I have no way of tracking my order. I did get a number, but the site said it wasn't a valid number. I tried again a week later, but it still said it wasn't valid. I was going to try again later, but then I lost the number. I don't know how to get a new one. I feel like I've been scammed because I don't know if I'm actually gonna get the shirt.
The graphics on the add were vibrant and what I got was $#*!. The graphics were so faded and I'm going to have to get new Christmas presents
Size small for woman is far too big, and the print is not clear. Disappointed considering how much these cost. Will not be purchasing anything else from this website.
I ordered a mug for my father in law for Christmas on 11/28. I received it in the mail on 12/14 and not only was it white, not red, but it was wrapped in very loose bubble wrap and the handle had completely broken off and was in pieces at the bottom of the box. I emailed support asking for them to ship a new one in the right color and in time for Christmas so I will have to wait and see what happens. But as of right now I will never order from them again.
I am extremely upset with the lack of quality of this sweater I bought. I ordered a red "Weird Al" Yankovic medium sweater and the print looks like $#*!! Very interested in a refund or a better quality printed sweater as soon as possible. I paid enough money for good quality! This is unacceptable!

I purchase the Gildan Wisconsin sweatshirt and the Gildan Wisconsin tank top for women in a large, they look more like medium on the sweatshirt and the tank top almost looks like a small they'll be very very tight. Even on a medium size frame. The are however nice quality. Good thing I've been losing weight. Or else I wouldn't be able to wear them. Please order a size or two up. Even if you're a man.
The edges of the lettering were not straight. The colors were faded. The image was blurry like it was taken from a tiny picture and blown up. The picture online showed it much nicer, and I am looking extremely unhappy and will most likely be returning it. It was honestly horrible and not what I was expecting.
I ordered and paid for long sleeve tee-shirts. I received short-sleeved tees. Wrote an email to support. No response. Called support and left a msg as instructed No response. Left a 2nd msg. No response. Called 6 times during business hours, waiting on hold until it rolled over to 'leave a msg'. 5 days have passed. I am disputing the credit card charge. No only did I not receive the product I paid for, I am getting no response from 'satisfaction guarentee.' Baloney. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
It came broken in many pieces. Still waiting for customer service call back to ship me new one. Hoping it makes it here before Christmas
Quality of the shirts I ordered is good. Maybe I missed it but I did not know the long sleeve shirt was actually a sweatshirt. I just wanted a long sleeve t-shirt. I will not return though to prevent incurring even more cost.

Overall, I can't believe I paid this much for this shirt! The shirt itself is a decent material, but the design is awful. It's smaller than shown, and horribly printed. I wish I could return the product. It was meant as a gift, but I'm embarrassed to even give it.
