One of the two mugs I ordered were broken. I asked for a replacement and the timeline was 10-15 business days. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and Christmas is in like five business days only, so I am a bit bummed that I wasn't able to get something back quickly. The customer service was quick to respond and refund me, but it's unfortunate a new mug couldn't be expedited.
My "personalized" mug was not in the color I selected or stated on my receipt. Whats the point in letting me select a color?
It has been some time since placing an order online. I tried to access your site to check on the status but got nowhere. Recently, I had an email that the order had shipped. Again, I tried to find a description or photo of the items ordered on line but got nowhere. Guess I will be surprised. I do wish your site provided more information on orders.

This is way too big. I got an Extra Large and I am sure I didn't order an extra large. It swallows my tiny husband
The image on the shirt was printy slightly off meaning the bottom corners are different heights from the bottom of the shirt. I also didnt notice the shipping amd printing dates at first so it took longer than I thought but that was my bad I think.
I ordered the sweater for my fiancé and we realized it wouldn't show up in time for the party we were going to so I tried to cancel the order. I tried doing so online but couldn't find a place to do so. I also tried using the chat feature but it was closed even though I was well within the hours of operation. I tried calling but no one answered or called me back.

The hoodies I purchased I am very satisfied with, but the name on the Tees appears to be not completely filled in. Overall they look okay but when you look close you can see where whatever is used to make the lettering didn't fill in all the way.**I received an email to confirm my order as it was an unusually large order. THE BIGGEST ISSUE I HAD WAS TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE! Your website says chat with someone online (well that never happened always said the chat was not on line, said to call, well out of probably calling 25 times only got someone once. Also, says in the automated message to leave a message and someone will call you back (that never happened either) The one person out of all the times I called that I actually got to speak with someone and that was Jonathan Gray--He was amazing. It seems if you are going to offer customers ways to contact you one of the ways should work. The other frustrating issue was the different VS numbers that I had all of them were different from the original order placed, making it nearly impossible to track the item. When I responded to emails that were sent to me to rate my experience did that at least twice to the same email and then still got a third.
I got the shirt very quickly - good quality! Giving it as a gift so not sure about how it fits yet. Very happy with my purchase!
Ordered on Nov 26th and it's Dec 14th and still no shirt, supposed to be a gift for my wife. Tracking still states that post office still hasn't received package yet. Very dissatisfied!
The ordering was easy. I wish I could have gotten 1 in a size 4T, but that size wasn't available. I got 18 months, adult L, XL and 2 XXL
The shirt that I ordered got here quickly. The quality is top notch. Very soft t-shirt material! True to size. My husband loves it, and I love hugging him while he is wearing it. I will order more from here.

Answer: Hi Mike My name is Wayne, and I'm also in Australia, - Melbourne. And you are doing the right thing buy not buying a shirt from Viralstyle. If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
