Took way longer than estimated to get order and there is no support other than a message that gets an auto response. I ended up buying another team logo shirt from Amazon so I was sure to have a gift. The shirt arrived late Christmas Eve.

Placed order on 12/4/23 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is December 28th, site has no customer service phone number or way to contact them for an order status update, I do not have the items ordered and I am beginning to wonder if I will.

I placed my order online for a gift with enough time to be delivered before Christmas. The website had a countdown for when orders had to be in by, which was met with plenty of time. By the expected delivery date, my tracking updates still said "printing in progress," so I reached out to customer service. They did respond within 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. They informed me that orders placed within the window mine was placed would be delivered "by Christmas." My order did not arrive until nighttime on the 26th, which was very disappointing. I reached out to customer service again regarding a refund, or any other way to remediate this issue, and have not heard back from them since (72 hours later). I did receive this Customer Satisfaction Survey, though.

Expect longer than usual delivery times. I will say the Eagles sweatshirt appears well made and am happy with it, but the Eagles t-shirt I bought seemed liked they ironed the design onto the t shirt. Not pleased with that purchase.

I was looking for a gift for my husband who had been a Cowboy fan for 53 years. The vintage option was awesome!

I ordered for Christmas gifts in plenty of time to receive them before Christmas. The site says is should be printed within three business days of ordering. After 9 days mine were still not printed. After I sent an email stating I needed them for gifts they were printed but still did not come in time for Christmas therefore I had to go buy more gifts and still had these to come in.

On your page it says 3 business days. I had to wait almost 2 weeks and got nervous my order wasn't going to be on time for delivery. The status never changed from it being printed.

It said anything purchased by 12/11 were guaranteed delivery by 12/23. I purchased on 12/10 and it didn't arrive until 12/26.

I placed an order for a vintage brand sweatshirt from their site on the 12th of December hoping it would get here before Christmas. The site says it takes 1-3 days for an order to process to ship. Well, fast-forward over two weeks later and the order is still in the production phase. When I tried cancelling the order, I learn that Vintage Brand's terrible cancelation policy is only valid for 2 hours after the order has been made. So, even though the order likely has not been "produced" yet, I am still unable to cancel this order. More reasons Varisty Brand is the absolute worst online print seller: their customer service takes almost a week to get back to you, yet they have no problem sending marketing emails every day, multiple times a day! Avoid this company if you want your order within a reasonable timeframe!
