Placed order and did not ship in the stated timeframe. Tried to reach out multiple times to find out a status and did not hear back until the third attempt and after many days. Have not received second order and has not been refunded.

Ordered a sweatshirt 12/10. The site said shipping in 3 days. It did not ship until 11/21, did not arrive on time for Christmas. Disappointing

Very pleased with the quality of the item. Was not expecting the printing process to take as long as it did. That being said, I can understand why...busy season and custom printing.

The product was nice, but I was told that if I ordered it by December 11 (which I ordered Dec 10th) that it would arrive before Christmas, and it as not delivered until Tuesday, December 26th. So that was very disappointing.

My son loved the sweatshirt. Better communication with shipping would have been appreciated. Rec'd it on Xmas Eve. Too close for my comfort level!

I ordered items to be delivered by Christmas as advertised and this was on Dec 7th, and they didn't arrive on time. I emailed customer service and have not received a response. I know Christmas time is busy, but when you say to order by a certain date to get it by Christmas, you should have it delivered by Christmas!

Unique products. Order took a long time to be printed and delivered. I ordered it for a Christmas gift on December 10th & received it on December 27th. When I emailed company to see why it was so late, I never got a response back.

Website said if I ordered on dec 11th I would get it on time but I did not. I received it after Christmas. Not cool!

I placed order on December 11th and didn't receive until December 26th. Sent multiple messages and emails and finally got a response just using the holidays as an excuse. (Blah blah blah) I could understand if I placed order closer to Christmas, but it was definitely placed in plenty of time to get prior to Christmas.

The sweat shirt is very soft and well made, but I was assured when I ordered it on 12/11 that it would arrive by Christmas, it did not arrive until 12/28. Very disappointing.

The quality of the print is something that is printed on a home print press it seems. This may be why it takes so dang long to receive products bc they are not built to serve the volume. The website is a ploy. Looks great on paper type deal. The images on the shirt and sweatshirt are what I ordered but I am concerned if they will stay true once washed.

This was needed for a Christmas gift, it arrived after Christmas even though I placed the order in early Dec. I emailed the company three times about my order and never received a response.

The Sweatshirt was very cute and well made. It was a gift so I don't have information as to whether it fit. He did really like it.

Be prepared to wait for your item! It took so long I thought it was a scam!

The sweatshirt quality is nice but the art work appears to be an iron on, which I expect will fade with a few washes. Additionally, it took about 3 weeks to receive the order (when the site states 3 days). Overpriced...

I was disappointed when I received the sweatshirt I ordered. I can't believe I paid $65 for it. It's a thin material and the printed design looks like plastic.

Happy with product but arrived later than expected

The shopping experience was great; however, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the shipping. I was guaranteed my order by December 23rd and it only got shipped after I reached out twice about it being alimony 2 weeks from my order date without it bring shipped. It was a present for my brother and I had nothing to give him in Christmas and I received no apology or coupon code or anything to make up for this. I understand people being overwhelmed during the holidays but don't promise if it can't be fulfilled.
