When I received the "hoodie" for my son, I immediately noticed that it was not a hoodie but rather a thin hooded shirt. And it also had an ink spot on the sleeve. I immediately sent an email to customer service on 12/25 (knowing you were closed but wanted together it to you quickly). I have yet to get a response. I've ordered before but will not order again until this is taken care of.

Clothing looks well made, material and construction. Logo appears to be iron-on; smooth edge where it meets the cloth, but stiff and glossy feel. Was intended as a gift, likely part of my own wardrobe now (or donated for someone else to choose). I'm somewhat disappointed.

The vintage Eagles sweatshirt is wonderful! Great quality. Even though it was ordered within the time frame for it to arrive by Christmas as a gift for my son, it did not come until the week after. I ended up giving it to him for his birthday, which falls closer to New Years. Once shipped, though, it came quickly. I would definitely order again from here, but if ordering over the holidays, make sure you order way ahead.

I contacted them twice regarding my order to see if would receive before Christmas when I placed in 12/10. It did come in on 12/24 after receiving email that it would arrive on 12/26. Kept stating it was in printing stage for a week. The hoodie was a thinner material but not bad. However the print was thin and I'm afraid will peel after first wash. Don't believe worth the cost but glad I received before Christmas. My husband was happy with it.

I had ordered a few items in mid-December and was hoping they would arrive before Christmas. They did just that and they were a hit! Thank you very much!

Put my order in 12/12 and did not realize that it would not arrive until after Christmas. It was in the fine print so I guess shame on me, but lesson learned.

The product I ordered shipped very late (well past the range of the printing and processing time it said) and came defective. There are scratches/lines across the logo. I reached out and explained the issue on both a review of the item and a direct email to the company. I have received zero response but continue to receive marketing/sales eblasts from them.

I placed an order 12/17/23 and have yet to receive it. I have contacted the seller several times for an order status and all have been non-responsive. The email I received says orders normally ship within 1-3 business days, and responses to questions within 72 hours.
This is extremely poor customer service and a refund would be nice, but I have a feeling I won't get it.

I ordered my three items before the deadline for Christmas delivery and I did not receive my order till 2 days after Christmas. I was disappointed. When I contacted customer support via email only because they don't have a phone number, it took 2 days to reply with my order is being printed. I knew that, but I was trying to see why it hadn't shipped so I could receive it before Christmas since I placed my order before the due date to receive before Christmas. The items I purchased were for my boss. Thank God he was understanding that his present would be delayed.

I'll start off by giving you the good the item is in good shape and finally arrived and is the gift my nephew wanted. The bad is I sent you messages via the only communication tool you have and you never responded. The item was late did not arrive in time for Christmas. If you can't fulfill orders timely then don't offer enticements like half off without telling customers what to expect with shipping. It was disheartening to the recipient to get a piece of paper telling him his item was coming and on its way, and I really didn't know that because there was no communication about shipping! If I order again ever, because my nephew does love your material, it will not be around Christmas. I'm extremely disappointed and I will share this experience. A simple reply to my inquiries would've done wonders here. You offer a chat communication the very least you can do is respond to it. What a disappointment.
