The shirt I ordered was listed $24.99. I would be surprised if it cost $1.50 to make. Awful.

Pics from left to right is what I received and the last image it what was listed on the website. Unbelievable! I would give a 0 for overall rating if allowed.

This company from China literally has pictures from another company advertising That's what they sell it is Not. I ordered about $150 worth of items and nothing was what I purchased. A pair of white embroidered pants had a cheap iron on and look nothing like the picture that I ordered from. I got what looked like my grandmothers pants. Faults advertisement and thieves. On top of it being completely opposite of the picture nothing like what I purchased the sizes were a joke one was for a 6 foot tall person and the other was a five-year-old child size run run away from this company. It is a rip off.

I received my order in approximately 5 weeks. It finally arrived in the wrong color. I've been trying to return, but customer service does not respond. There is a return address on the package, but I am not sure if its for returning merchandise as there is no name associated with it. It's just a return address.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Actually I would not even give them a star.

The pictures on the site look like cotton and linen and embrodried clothing. What you actually receive is cheap rayon flimsy fabric that is not embrodried but printed and pitiful. I waited a month for my package to arrive and when it did I was totally disgusted with what was in it. Do NOT waste your money. There is NO cotton and NO linen just shapeless horrible shiny rayon. I wish there was a minus option on the star. They don't deserve a one star rating!This is a picture of the cotton button embrodried "haha" shirt. There are no buttons no cotton round neck printed rayon...JUST CHEAP!

I made the huge mistake buying from this store. The first dress I ordered was nothing like the picture on the website, but I sucked it up and was able to make it work for me. So I tried again and guess what? That one was a completely different dress from the one shown. I sent that one back. I'm hoping for a refund, but at this point it may never happen.

I ordered a shirt and I have yet to receive it the shirt I ordered was your not my boss you can't tell me what to do my dog well it looks like I will now have to contact my card company and dis[ute this item I really thought this was a honest company looks like I was wrong

I spent almost $300 on clothing. When I received my order nothing was as seen in the pictures. Sizes were not what was stated on the web site. Fabric was not what it was supposed to be. It was all polyester and descriptiond read linen / cotton blend. I was offered a refund of about 20 % of what I paid and told to keep the clothes OR I was told I could return the clothing but I must send to an address in China and it must be insured. Of course that is out of this world expensive! $200+!. After all is said and done I received a refund of about 1/2 of what I paid and told to keep the clothing. The clothing is of no use to me! It is way too small and ugly! I feel companies like Vinlady should be held responsible for false misrepresentation. I guess I have learned a very expensive mistake that I could not afford.:{

I ordered a beautiful dress for $80.00 and told it would be here within a month. After 6 weeks I messaged and got no response for another MONTH! Finally it showed up from an address in CHINA.I had specifically checked before I ordered to avoid China and the address came from California. I live in California, actually less than 2 hours from that address. That address? It was a gas station. Lol WOW RIGHT? So 21/2 months for delivery was asinine. I opened it and was so shocked I couldn't even speak. It was NOT LINEN, IT WAS LIKE SANDPAPER. The one I bought was solid pink with a solid gray skirt underneath and what I got was, well, a joke. It was a nightshirt. 1 piece. With a convoluted pattern of a bunch of leaves and plants and buttons on 1 side at the top. An oriental design. It made me dizzy looking at it. I was offered 25% refund AND I HAD TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK! LMAO I never sent it back since they already screwed me over enough. LET ME SAY THIS, AND I HOPE ALL READ THIS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE ABOUT 80 DIFFERENT ONLINE STORES THEY STEAL LEGIT PICS FROM LEGIT COMPANIES AND YOU GET SOMETHING LIKE I GOT. BECAUSE THE MAJORITY ARE ALL OUT OF CHINA THEY CAN JUST CHANGE THE NAME AND START OVER. AND THEY HAVE. CHECK BBB BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING ONLINE AND ASK FOR A PIC IN AND OUT OF THE PACKAGE. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SCAMS AND REMEMBER, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE...
IT'S GOT AN ADDRESS IN CHINA.

We purchased a large order in August of 2022 and were informed that we should expect delivery September 15 at the latest. After attempting to track the package with no success, we reached out to customer service weekly since then. It is now November 12,2022 and no order and no return expected. Last communication states that if the package is lost, they will file a claim and then once they are compensated, they will refund us for an order never received? Stay away from this company. Shady.

I ordered three "lovely" dresses. I received three nightgowns with the same colors as the dresses I ordered. The customer service has made this so difficult and scam to return. They told me they could not resale my returned clothes but want me to return them despite the pictures I sent, as they asked. Below are a couple of examples what I ordered and what I received. I was finally told I could have a maximum of a $55 refund and not return the items. I would have given a minus 5 for the stars if that were an option

Quality and items are bad (or not a all) versions of what you order. First pic is what I ordered, second is what I got, I'll never order from them again!

DO NOT BUY from Vinlady.com. What they send you is not anything like the pictures on the website and I was only offered a refund not even 20% of what I paid. Different fabric type and even different style. Junk.
