I did not receive what I ordered. I will be sending back for a refund. I will never buy again from this company. Scam and I will be posting with BBB and asking the FBI to open an investigation.

I ordered from vinlady. I changed my mind and tried to cancel my order. Well within their 24 hour cancellation policy. They will not give me a full refund. They are charging me for $#*! that they didn't even send yet. Told them I want a full refund but they are saying that I didn't cancel within their 24 hours. I DID. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered 4 items. One was a cheap nylon printed material. Two were not like the image and one was changed for a cheap nylon t shirt. Totally taken in by the images of the clothes. Don't be fooled don't buy. Would not give one star.

Shirt material polyester but described as linen. Paper thin & fitted when described as loose. Size 2xl measured 40inches across bust and hips! Cancelled remaining outstanding items, several emails back & firth but still no refund. Absolute rubbish - do not buy anything from this site!

Made the mistake of making a full order before looking them up online. 3 months later i HAVE NOT received my order

I ordered 3 items, they took around 9 weeks to arrive and they were not what I ordered. Size was marked Small, but it would have wrapped me twice, and there was a pen mark on one of the blouses.
On trying to find out where I shoulld return them, several emails went back and forth, they would not give me a return address and were trying to persuade me to keep them with a little money refrund. I.e. 15$. I refused and said I didn't want to keep them. Because I was fed up with emailing, I settled for 30$ refund on an 87$ order. Never use this company, I believe it is a scam. They know the customers will want to return the rubbish they send out, but they already have your money, so you're left at their mercy.

I ordered and paid for 2 shirts. It took 6 weeks to come and yesterday when it did, it's NOT even close to what I ordered! I can't seem to get in touch with them either. I will never buy from them anymore! Kl

I did not receive anything I ordered - I received a bunch of garbage clothes that are not the right size, or style, or even remotely the same as the picture. All garbage!

Bought a you for 28.99, never received my top. Good thing I did not purchase more. Then I saw another site called urisume, and this is another scam, so do not buy from that euther.

Run from this company! The pic on the left is what I purchased, the one on the right is what I received. I was really looking fwd to getting a pink linen top as pictured. What I got was a blue (polyester?) cheap thing. I did try emailing but it came back saying this wasn't a legitimate email address. I'm disappointed in myself, I usually read reviews to nauseum...I won't make that mistake again. Please do yourself a favour and scroll past this bogus company!

I ordered products from the Vinlady catalogue, looked fantastic, exactly what I was looking for! Ordered capris in linen, a shirt also linen, a long overcoat cotton with fringe, dress cotton with multiple length under skirts in eyelet. Received the order 6 weeks later, it was to be in my possession in 2 weeks. Free shipping. Well finally in and not one thing was as it was shown. From material, cotton was polyester, for the coat and the dress, cut, the capris were cut like maternity pants, the dress was nothing as shown, lifeless, color all wrong, all as shown verses the product, all inferior, the coat went to the hip not the ground as shown, no fringe.
Emailed them and advised I would like what I purchased to be what was shown, they wanted pictures, I sent via email. Advised there was no return slip, or paperwork, customer service offered me 50.00 for a 187.00 order. They eventually 5 emails later offered 90.00 and to keep the clothes, each time advised me to look in to the postal service for returns. The cost to ship back with the company agreeing the order was incorrect, $75.00. Horrible experience. The catalogue is amazing, the product is not what is shown! Buyer beware. Such a pity the clothes online catalogue are so cute, no shopping no stress. It was an expensive lesson, always check return policy even when the errors are from the company.

Please do NOT order from this company. I ordered a pair of black linen pants and a short-sleeved khaki linen blouse. They sent two long-sleeved linen blouses, one bright yellow and the other blue. The order wasn't even close. I reached out in an effort to return or exchange the items. At first, I did receive a response with a request for photos of the items as well as the packing label / return address. I sent all requested info and never heard another thing. I emailed Vinlady several times since there is no customer service phone number. For what it's worth, I've already sent reports to Pinterest and the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I'm very tired of being ripped off!

DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order and when it finally arrived nothing was the same as I had ordered. Different sizes, colours. NOT one item I had actually purchased was sent. They offered me $28 refund from a £100 order. Of course I never received it. Charity bag is ready…

I bought a blouse that was supposed to be lace & embroidery, and lined. I got a cheap blouse, no lining, no lace and no embroidery. They wanted me to pay to send it back. Paypal got me a full refund.

This company is a scam! They also run another site called Ursime. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM either. The clothes I received look NOTHING like the images. It's obvious they took images from a legit store and attempted to replicate them using the cheapest fabric and labor. What they sent was actually laughable. I'm embarrassed to say that I ordered $150 worth of clothing and they offered me a $50 refund and to keep the clothes. Even if they were free I wouldn't be caught anywhere in public in these rags. They are trying to make me pay for return shipping and telling me it will take 2-3 months to process. I really wish I had googled them before purchasing. Lesson learned.

I was so disappointed when I finally received my order. What I ordered was not even close to what I received.

Emails come back as undeliverable, no phone number. Ordered what I though would be a beautiful pink and lace shirt, got something a 2 year old could've made with scrap materials.

Purchased items that never arrived and had no way to contact the company as their email address is not valid and they never provided a tracking number for my package. They sure took payment though
