Otherwise why have we all been deFRAUDED BY BANKS COLLUDING as refuse to refund by negligence likewise complaints systems when in uk there are laws & surely theft with CS using post office/royal mail techniques to enable re customer no care just rip off.

Just like everyone else I ordered 3 outfits and revived 3 horribly ugly humongous sweatshirts.
I emailed the company. They don't care. PayPal says I have to ship the 3 items back to China for my refund! The disgusting shirts aren't worth $5.00. I would loose money shipping them back Plus the scammers would find some way to lose it. I'm so sick about this and disappointed in myself. Anyone have any luck with PayPal? PayPal didn't protect me, like they claim.

Email claims the order has been delivered but no such luck. Can't reach them by email or phone, therefore out the cost of purchase. Shame on them. Don't waste your money or be lured by nice looking merchandise on the web site, FRAUDS

My mother ordered a pair of black sandals from this place and it took weeks for them to send them, when she tried reaching out, the email had blocked her. When she did finally receive the sandals it was pure horror. She is sooo upset! Do not buy from this place! They were originally $40!

I can' even give them one star! I ordered three things and didn't get any of the items I ordered. They want you to return their junk to China and pay for the return even though you didn't get what you ordered. They told me that it would be cheaper to keep them and donate them if I want. They are pulling pictures of beautiful clothing from other websites to get you to buy and then sending you something far inferior that in no way resembles what they show! Classic bait and switch! PayPal is being of no help in getting me a refund. I just wish I would have checked the reviews on the internet before I placed the order! The beige lace top is what I ordered. The black flowered thing is what I got!

I ordered a floral linen shirt for $50. I received a snowman long sleeved shirt. I tried to contact the customer service by email and was rejected as not a valid email address, twice. Will be notifying PayPal to try to get my money back. Do NOT order from them

As a lot of unhappy customers, I too received something I didn't order. (Cheap and nasty that I wouldn't even clean the floor with). After contacting them, they explained that it would cost ME too much money to send the item back and maybe I could keep it or give it away. Then they said "have a beautiful day". Are they kidding me? DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES! Spread the word, they have to be investigated and put out of business.

I ordered a top ( first picture) and I got something totally different (second picture) not at all what I wanted

I ordered and paid for this item in May this year - to date I have not received it despite various excuses as to the delay - now my request for a refund is totally ignored so I therefore resign myself to the fact that I have been ripped off by this company

Do not buy from these people, they are a scam I bought 4 items and only one was right, the other stuff I received was not even what I ordered and of other color. I can't believe they get away with this. They need to be shut down. They will take your money before they ship and no way of contacting them, their contact info is a farce.

Articles (7 en fait) en lin ou coton commandés! Photos présentation parfaites... et je reçois des articles bas de gamme en synthétique direct de chine... affreux et de plus, comme ils leur manquait deux articles ils ont décidés de m'envoyer deux articles au hasard non choisis bien sûr et pas à la bonne taille en plus:-) c'est vraiment et vraiment une grosse ARNAQUE! à EVITER;;;; n'achetez pas

PISS POOR…VERY DISAPPOINTED! Take my MONEY but Nothing comes.Tried contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE and couldn't NOT GET ANY RESPONSE!

I ordered a plain black Victorian style dress. I received a tank top with garish yellow and white flowers on it. When I contacted customer service, they hemmed and hawed over several messages and would not send me a return address label, would not allow me to exchange it, and would not refund my money after several requests to do so. They asked first to refund 8 dollars and that I keep the tank top, then offered to refund 15 dollars and that I keep the tank top. I kept insisting I have no use for a tank top and don't want to pay any amount for something I don't want or need. Ridiculous company. Outrageously poor customer service. Complete lies on their website.

I saw this website and fell in love with the clothes it's seemed to be real I asked friends if they had ever ordered from there it's been a long time since I placed my order it's sad I'm disappointed. No response to my e mails so I'm guessing it's fake I will be reporting this site to the BBB as a scam.It says it was delivered although I never got it I live in a great neighborhood so I know this package was not stolen and I even have the ring so I know it was never delivered.Don't waist your time energy or money on this website you will be disappointed just like me.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Vinlady are crooks. If they were in the USA, they'd be prosecuted. I ordered $500.00 worth of clothes (should have read these reviews first, so shame on me) and NOT ONE ITEM I ORDERED WAS EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. Some items looked like Magnolia Pearl T-Shirts online, but they just took a photo of the graphic and put it on the cheapest polyester gross shirt they could find. I can't believe their are companies this bad out there still in business. I only gave 1 star bc the system wouldn't let me give none.

I recently ordered 5 tops from this company and received 5 completely different tops in sizes 2 - 4 times bigger than I needed. I e-mailed them same day and they've basically done everything they can to get me to keep the clothes, only offering $30 refund and taking several e-mails before finally giving me a return address. I went to my bank and instigated a chargeback which is a relief. Give this company a wide berth, they make no effort to get your order right, they are not worth your time or money.

I ordered over $250 worth of gray and muted color garments. What I received was absolutely awful. Three items advertised as linen were spandex and polyester. The remaining 7 garments were 5 sizes bigger than what I wear, 4x, cheap and Christmas themed! I thought it was a joke. They refused to reimburse me and in over twenty emails refused saying their policy was that I would have to pay to return items to China if I wanted my money back. But also said that might not be a good idea, takes so long, I should just keep the clothes for 20USD. Whether they were my order or not. The clothes are terrible quality. IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!
I included a website screengrab of one of the grey size 8 tops I ordered and expected. And also a photo of the plus size reindeer and floral top I received! I'm sorry to the person who's order I have and who is in the same situation I am in.

The picture looked like it would be a light flowing cotton material. The pattern was the same but the fabric, which the label describes as 65% cotton, is thick polyester, absolutely ghastly. I am size 16 so I ordered 3x large, it doesn't go near me, might be OK on a 10yr old chinese child but not Western women. Took 3 weeks to arrive, it will be going straight to the charity shop, won't even bother trying to return it.

I ordered three items. One was not what I ordered, the other two were supposed to be x-large and were the size of a child. I will never order from this company again. What a rip off.
