My wood coffee table was great at first and it has now been two weeks and there is termite holes everywhere. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement or even willing to return and all they are offering me is $36 if I return the termite infested item... wtf... and i paid $260 for table.
I got a pair of chairs from them. They looked pretty, we ensambles then according to instructions. Couple months later my husband set in one and the whole leg broke. I checked the other legs and the wood is splitting in most of the remaining legs. I been emailing back and forward and the want to refund me $17 for my troubles. I payed $250 for the 2 chairs. It's been a month of emails and is going nowhere. Very irresponsible.

I bought a teak garden chest from VidaXl that arrived with essential parts shattered irreparably. It made a final offer of less than 15% rebate of the purchase price (after affirming no replacement parts are available), which is much-the-same as telling a customer who has bought a glass vase that arrives shattered that he must accept the shards for 85% of the price of the unbroken vase or have no other remedy. This company is a bad joke!
Product arrived quickly. Great customer service. So friendly. & love the sun loungers- they're perfect!
The products I have purchased is good quality and easy to assemble. The main things that is beautiful products and shipping very fast.
Instructions were pretty clear and they went together fairly easily. You will definitely need two people to put these together, especially the taller ones. Cons: we were shorted on hardware on almost every bed we ordres and had to run out to the hardware store to get more pieces.
Bought 2 recliner chairs, weigh 149pounds, sat in them 3times broke in 2 spots on different chairs. Can't get help
I ordered this Canopy. This item has a bad quaility. I could not connect their 3 pieces. It falls a part. We could not install it. We trash this item and I wish I did not buy this product. I do not anyone waste his/her money on this bad quality product.

This shed is a truly terrible product. It was missing hardware, nothing fit together, and it was utterly flimsy. The roof blew off the first week. It took so long to build we didn't have the time or energy to take it apart to return it so we donated it to a local garden (after explaining the quality issues) and ordered a proper shed. Seriously don't buy this.
First time buying from Vida XL and It was an easy process to order, the chair is a great design, the leather is a little tuff but I'm sure it will soften as it wears. The only thing is the wood was repaired with a filler which was not cleaned up nicely but it's on the bottom so it's okay but wish they would have done a better job. Would love to order another one but I'm worried it might have defects that are noticeable.
I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but this company sent me a $200 wooden room divider (indoor/outdoor) and it's broken in at least 6 places. The wood is so fragile that where the screws go in to hold the hinges, the wood is cracked wide open, enought so that it cannot be fixed. According to their webpage, returns will cost NOTHING if the product is damaged. Beware. Return costs are usps = $111 and UPS = $139. And Vida XL will not pay shipping. I am very upset. I wouldn't consider buying anything from them because of bad customer service and crappy products. They didn't respond to any my emails until I got Paypal involved. BEWARE!

Contacted customer service about the product arriving damaged. I included a full description and photos and never received a response (it's been 5 weeks). Very disappointed.
I will never order from this company again. The dog kennel was not made with very sturdy materials and the fence started coming apart in between the poles meant to hold it up and keep it together
Revived fast good product for the price tall raised garden bed is hard to find
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
