The box was the original cardboard box from the supplier in Vietnam who manufactured the product.
Once the box arrived, it was completely shredded. Parts of the box were hanging down.
Luckily all parts of the product were still inside the remainders of the box. However, some piece of the lounger took damage.

In description it should say use with no more than 5 mile an hour winds... it does hold little rain so I can't complain about that.

I needed a set of couches delivered with within a short deadline and trusted the estimated ship date set by the website. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery date was met and my request for email confirmation quickly addressed after contacting customer service. I would definitely use this company for future furniture needs.

Everything I buy from them is beautiful and top notch, well made, and reasonably priced. I have 4 pieces of furniture now, all matching and well made.

Followed directions, put roof and sides on, and within 30 seconds it ripped! Flimsy garbage, I will never order from this site and am seeking a refund.

Never received package. Vidaxl wanted me to go through the neighborhood asking my neighbors if they had the package. My nearest neighbor is a half mile away and I am 72 years old. They know where I live and would have brought it to me if they had wanted me to have it.

I requested 10x30 pop up tent what I received was a 3x9 tent with many many poles. I did get a refund quickly, but it was way too late for placing or correcting my original order

The pressure brake bleeder that I purchased comes with an adapter kit to attach to the master cylinder. The adaptors fit but leak large amounts of brake fluid while in use. Inlet pressure(air in) was limited to 28 psi and outlet pressure (fluid out)was at 15 psi. This seems to be an issue with the rubber compound and sizing chosen for the adapters.

I have already incorporated the VidaXL into my mobile service and I can work as smoothly and effortlessly as in the Shop. I have no complaints at all at this point. I ordered on Sunday night received it by Thursday.

We absolutely love the reuse of wood, the rustic, functional yet chic designs. Our table is solid, multifunctional and we love it! So does everyone who sees it. Thank you so much!

The item is very cheaply built with SEVERE DAMAGE to every locker. We ordered 10 lockers for a total of almost $2,500 and they are complete junk. I still have not heard back on my request to return. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

Nice to have a resource for gabion cages & fencing. Easy shopping, great selection too. In our windy climate no wood fence holds up. Gabion is a smart option.
