My item was damaged, I unable to reach anyone over the phone, holding for over 45 minutes at a time. I could only correspond thru email. They refused to resend unless returned the merchandise 4 large boxes I don't have a truck and with corona virus I don't have anyone willing to help me. I asked them to resend and would give UPS the damage product they refused.

My desk is a lovely addition to our home. Very nice and sturdy. It Fits just right in the small space I planned to put it. Farmhouse, Queen Anne and Classy all in one. Repurposed Real Wood A plus plus! I love it!

I wanted, you had, I bought, you sold. Price was good, as was the time it took to get to me.

Purchased two items a solar shower and outdoor bench, first time buying from this company, products arrived very quickly within 5 days And packaging in was not damaged. The vida xl solar shower works great, the bench was a little tricky to assemble and looks good albeit a minor hiccup as the front door of the bench was slightly warped other than that it was fine. Will look at some other products from vida.

Had an issue with a TV Stand. The company was very responsive, helped organize return immediately. And I ordered a new one which arrived promptly. Very satisfied with the new stand.

I ordered the product and within seven days. We surely will use this company again!

Hello, I purchased 2 karge dog cages and not real impressed. The problem is the fence material is very cheap and had many damaged sections that had to be fixed with the wire spools supplied. Im handy so i spent hours repairing the openings

The third panel was flawed in that it did not connect to the other two on each side. I spent a day trying ways to accommodate this flaw but ended up cutting the third panel out and inventing a way to use the screen as two separate panels of two.

Ordering was simple and the frequency of shipping updates was ideal.

Amazing product and amazed at the speed of delivery 2 days.

Chair assembly instructions missed some details for easier assembly. Once assembled, chair is nice. Would like a little thicker pad.

I have emailed and tried to call no response missing 7 pieces for it to be the size I ordered

Thought the price and the ease of service/ shipping was too good to be true but it worked out well.

A couple of months ago I purchases a set of the beech chairs
Finally had a chance to use one today and I sat in one and it
Completely collapsed and broke. I took another one out and
Looked it over and noticed an issue with the other 3. There is
A defect on the set I got and would like someone to help
Me fix this issue. Several tries to get ahold of them no responce.

Correct item and fast delivery with great price.
Ill definitely come back and buy some other items too.

I love, love my new patio set. It makes me enjoy a "quarantine outing" during these times of social distancing. VidaXL updated me quickly about delivery and other details and the price was excellent.

Unfortunately, my chest has never arrived. It does show that it was shipped, and apparently lost in transit, but it's still very frustrating. Especially since this is my first time trying to buy from you.

First ordered 2 acacia outdoor dining chairs. After they were received, we liked them enough that a drop leaf table and two more chairs were ordered. Chairs are just the right size. Table has a crack in the leg but that will be fixed. Set is very nice. Packaging protected the items well. Delivery was quick.
