Too time consuming to put together. Poor instructions
Often when purchasing online, what you get is not what you expected. Not the case here. The well drill I purchased works exactly as advertised and as I expected.
I wrote a thorough message when tryi g to return the item and also posted reviews on Yrustpulot, and any means of social media to let it be known how awful the customer service, and business practices are completely a disaster. My greenhouse was evidently a return item, the cover damaged, ripped and most of all too small. I have wasted valuable time trying to make contact with your company, no one answers the phone and no valid return pilicy available. It has been over 2 weeks since I received the prroduct which hascompmetely put me behind schedule to plant. My project iwhich was suppose to be sonethibg to look forward to has become a nightmare! Since it was apparent I wouldn't be able to return the piece of crap product received. We moved forward to try to add a bottom to the green house which entailed more money and an entire weekend to modify this to try to keep the heat in so planting can be started. Awful, awful experience and I will make sure I spread this unethical company to every being we know which we have a very large circle of friends and colleagues. Shame on you VidaXL. The Better business Bureau will be reaching out to you for sure. Because I will not stop contact them until they take thus matter further 6 you messed with the wrong customers.
Wood cross support cracked within first week even though 40 pounds below listed weight allowance. For an adult lounger, need to be build a bit stronger.
Received a severely damaged product. After days of failed attempts, I finally got a hold of a customer service representative. They offered to send me two replacements parts when everything needed to be replaced oh and they were so generous to also offer me a 10% discount. While the product was 30% off on the website... When confronted with this fact, customer service stopped replaying to my emails. This company is a SCAM!
I ordered it but UPS failed to deliver it all. My order was sent to UPS, delivered in 3 different packages, but something happen between VidaXL and UPS. Now UPS delivered one to the wrong address and another one us lost on it's way to me. I did get one package 9 days ago. Still waiting on the outcome of the other 2 to see if I get it or my money back to re-order and try again. The one package I did get was just what I wanted.
Item wasn't what I wanted. Been trying to reach out to return item but is taking a VERY long time to get a return shipping label. Have received a couple emails about options for refund or return yet still they won't provide me with labels as part of the return policy stated. Would love to change rating if they fix issue.

When I unboxed the arch to put it together, found several pieces of wood split down the middle. Had to use wood glue to repair the split wood.
This was definitely not worth the $125.00 we spent. If I would have seen this assembled in a store, I would have been hard pressed to spend $50.00 on it.
Very poor quality I dont expect more then 6 months of use before it completely falls appart.

The ordering process was simple, the delivery was quick and the product was not damaged. I was disappointed that the reclaimed shelves did not have colors as displayed in the ads; however, it does state in the product description that the product varies -- my shelves are sturdy and well made, required little assembly -- I just wish there was more color. The ads showed lots of color and my shelves are mostly brown with a tiny bit of blue on the top shelf. I love the product line and wish I could afford to purchase the desk! The furniture is timeless and fits nicely in my office - would fit well in my home too. All of my clients compliment it when they come in. I bought it specifically to put little pottery pots with jade plants from the mother plant that I bought when I opened my office. I give every estate plan client a plant. This shelf was perfect!
It's was not quite as nice as it looked in the picture. The Cushions are not supportive.
The product arrived with missing parts. Tried emailing and calling for over 2 weeks and no response. Plus, none of the parts are labeled be prepared to spend about an hour and a half sorting through all items
Very upset with my purchase, it's not sturdy at all, after following each instruction for the 4-5th time the table collapsed and is not going to work. I realize it is a cheaply priced and will purchase a sturdier table next.
Awful! Assembly required wooden pegs. Smashed the first one. Had to buy 1 1/4 inch screws, washers and nuts to assemble. To put on arms the inserts for the screws were not done properly so they would not catch. Had to find Metric 1 1/2 inch screws to make it work. It took us a day to figure out, go buy the materials and then put it together. The instructions left a lot to be desired. The second chaise lounge went together much faster since we had the screws and had the assembly figured out. Would I recommend: NO!
The instructions are not at all clear, so allow extra time for assembly.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
