I can't love more a tv unit! It looks like it made for my house! It came so quick in perfect condition I just put the legs and handles that was ready! Excellent service and reasonable prices! Absolutely loved and will be purchasing more products
I ordered a product from them more than 2 weeks ago. It was shipped 1 day after placing the order. I have still not received the order and on top of that no one responds to any emails and they don't even have a number to call! STAY AWAY!
The quality is poor for the cost. The patio set and loungers look very nice in the photograph, not so much in person. Assembly is tedious and I waited before forming an opinion during the hours (many of them) spent putting it together. Workmanship is poor when the pieces are assembled the weaving does not match up, the lounger only inclines 25-30 degrees so you cannot sit up, used 3 times (persons of average weights and frames) and is already noticeably sagging. Not worth the cost, aggravating, and I already planning replacement.
I purchased a canopy, the canopy came with no instructions, i emailed 5 times for the instructions NO RESPONSE AT ALL. IF YOU ARE READING THIS BE CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Stay Away! We ordered a lounge chair. After putting it together we noticed the bamboo was defective. Contact customer service and they ask for pics and video which we provide. Then they ask us to take entire thing apart, repackage and drop off to UPS. We do it. They promise they will send a new replacement and process and exchange. They refund me saying it's out of stock. I go on line to double check and they are showing stock. I place a new order to not miss out but pay more and figure they can just credit me the difference. After everything we went though they refused to credit the difference. Now I am waiting for the item to arrive so I can send it back for returns to purchase it cheaper from Overstock. Go figure. Who happens to offer excellent customer service should there be any issues. Be very careful depending on what you are buying from this company. Really disappointed. They should pay us for all the time and hassle we have spent to end up with nothing from them in the end. Shameful.
I ordered a coffee table from here and first of all, it arrived within three days despite us being in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. I haven't gotten anything that quickly since this all started. It was very well packaged and pretty easy to put together. It's a solid, unique piece and made me completely confident in ordering any similar products from vidaXL in the future. The only minor complaint is that the packaging smelled REALLY weird, but the table itself was fine.
I ordered a gazebo it came with broken and missing parts reordered the parts still got the wrong ones
Being older & with disabilities, receiving damaged products is so disheartening.
I have to hire someone to put things together, but my purchase was damaged, so disappointing.
I ordered 4 wooden outdoor lounge chairs. The first on that arrived was cracked upon opening. 2 more came, boxes looked in ok condition, accepted them, went to put them together and when we opened the box the legs were crushed. The 4th box was so mutilated I declined that along with the first one and sent those back. Supplied pictures and details for all 4. Emailed them the moment I received the first damaged one and emailed the next day on the remaining 3. I have emailed them now 3 times. The first was to offer me $50.00 on a purchase that was in excess of $1100. 00. Are you kidding me? I can't get a return from them to send to me so the entire order is being disputed. Keep your poorly made crap and get me a return now or these will go in the trash! Do not buy from this company!
Broken inferior products delivered in inferior packaging. Horrible customer service. Not willing to negociate a reasonable solution.

The set arrived really fast we appreciate that. The chairs look good but this is a product that you want to buy if you have a lot of time put everything together. It comes with weird screws and in all my tolls I don't have the specific piece to put on my drill. Is a manually job and not easy. I cut one piece to use my drill. I'm still working on it
I received my order damaged. I emailed vidaXL regarding the damage, as well as sent pictures of the damage. It's been a month since then and I have not heard back from them yet.
Purchase of two lounges. One was great, the second had a broken leg. Still waiting to see how they respond to fix the problem. If it settled quickly I will be very satisfied. Been a week so far...
The swing was very good quality and excellent support staff.
The package came when it said. The party tent is nice. Just thought the material was going to be a bit thicker. Other then that it's awesome sauce
I got the single swing and frame for my grandaughter. I was able to attach a baby swing on it because she is 10 months. When she gets bigger I can put the swing it came with on! Perfect for grandparents that don't want a full swing set!
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
