Very poor customer service. Can't chat can't talk to anyone. Limited answer to questions. Can't cancel single item.

The chairs are very durable without being too heavy to transport. I purchased them with the intent of enabling social distancing outside (they are perfect for that purpose). They are readily transported. They will be also be useful inside, when the guests outnumber the chairs at the table whenever that can happen again. I liked the first two so much that I ordered two more.

Needed a TV stand that fits my love of reclaimed wood. The half-barrell "coffee table" is too small for a coffee table, but perfect for my TV.

My only complaint is that they do not appear to accept or publish reviews.

Buy Vidxl from a store and not from them directly. They send out defective products (broken and with mold!) and now we're having difficulty returning all the items. No one to talk to or chat - all just back and forth emails and getting no where. Do they have ANY customer service that works?

I purchased a storage branch. Doesn't protect the pillows I store. Water gets in and I don't recommend. Very expensive not useful I wish I could give it back.

I was told my cover would come about June 26th. I received it June 2nd. It is exactly what I wanted. Very happy. Great experience and will definitely order from here again.
