It's gone down hill. Cheap products with a high price. I've stopped using this store. You can get much better shopping at other online stores.

Yes they are the best, they have the best lingeries and women wear collection. All the lingeries are so beautiful, I wish if I could take them all with me.

I really love Victoria'sSecret! Their products are second to none and worth the price. However, for the second time I am having problems with shipment and don't receive my items on time. But customer service usually does a pretty good job at helping me out. Conclusion: Products are amazing, customer service is helpful but shipping needs improvement.

My sister and I bought splash from VictoriaS for the first time. It was a good shopping experience. We bought 3 and we loved it.

Valuable ideas with innovation. Very quality products with very prompt delivery. Very careful packaging.

Their prices are on the high side, considering cheaper alternatives such as Charlotte Russe or Forever 21, but the quality of their bras and underwear are usually worth the few extra dollars as they tend to hold up better in the wash and don't fall apart. Gotta wait for their sales.

Their prices are ridiculously high for no good reason. I do not shop there because I do not like their practices

Had a great in store experience while on vacation in Las Vegas last month. Amber the store rep, helped me pick out a the correct bra size for me (I though I was a C for over 10yrs) turns out I was a D. Just when you think you know yourself.

There is an expanded stock of items to choose from here. Sometimes there are too many wonderful choices! There has not been any need for me to deal with returns here. All that I have ordered have worked out well.

I guess if you want undies this is for you, but I loved when they actually carried clothing in the catalogs! Whatever I bought, even though it was not cheap, was fabulous! Totally different experience now

Does a lace like Victoria Secret need a review? No. Would every woman alive like to LIVE there? Yes! Guys looking to buy a gift for your lady? Look no further. This is IT.

Anything purchased from this company is a complete and utter waste of your money. The clothing is made from cheap quality materials, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, simply because there is a brand name logo slapped on everything and the only promotions that are ever available are at the end of the year and once every summer.
TIP: DON'T PAY FOR A LOGO PEOPLE!

I have been permanently spoiled by Amazon's shipping. Amazon purchases seem to arrive in record time.
First, Victoria's Secret using USPS is not a good match; USPS has inaccurate reporting and cannot come near the speed and handling of UPS.
Also, VS will have "Free Shipping" one day on orders over $100 and the next day the amount is $65. Too wishy washy.

I love the bras from here, but I can only buy them online since they don't have my size in store. I feel like I get penalized because I have to pay shipping. It would be nice if they offered free shipping more often.
