While I can't say I shop there frequently. Their free panties and other bra deals sent via snail mail have brought me to the store. Haven't purchased a lot more but quality has held up.

I have had the worst experience with buying online from VS. I have bought from them before, but this was my first time that I had to get my package shipped to South Africa. Knowing it will take long, I received my package after 3 weeks, and it wasn't even the right order! Having to pay local taxes and duties that added to around $200 I wasn't to happy to have to go through that again. They resend my package, I had to pay for all that again and finally received my order. Great! A month later I see the amount of $300 deducted from my account from VS and contact them about it, they send me the package AGAIN! I never placed another order and worse still, I did not give my consent as to remove the money from my account. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again
I bought several underwear from VS and love them! The only concern I have is that they don't offer high waist underwear. I walked in and spoke to a sales that I would wanna get a high waist underwear and the sales said that they do not have high waist but like medium waist and she promised these underwear will be as comfortable as the high waist ones. Indeed, they are comfortable! Just hoping they would offer high waist underwear sometimes soon!
I love there bras. I love the free shipping and i get my items quick shipping at that. That dont give me a problem and I can go to their store to return and exchange if i need to.
No really what's the secret behind the comfortable panties the adjustable bras and the silk lingerie because from the jump suits to the fragrances Victoria secret always keep me coming back for more and more that's why I got the credit card lol

I just love their bras and panties that this company has. Only issue issue is their prices, which are are very high in my opinion. We are talking about an average bra costs around 50 bucks. But regarding quality it won't get any better. Love it
I am an Angels cardholder and find that the deals are there but the quality of their products is going way way down. They had a special recently for 8/$27.50 panties for Angels, which is such a great deal! I made a special trip to partake, only to have the lace on the underwear rip apart to the point that they are now unwearable after one wear.
Happy & grateful because Victoria's Secret bras are THE ONLY bras that fit me right! I have (& I counted) close to 25 bras everyone is a Victoria's Secret bra & they're beautiful! I also love their hoodies & many many other items! To be honest I do need to say I'm no longer "the Secret size" & wish they carried some of their cuter items a bit bigger I'd spend a whole lot more money!

I've bought several undergarments from VS and PINK. While I was told by an online representative that panties from PINK should be sized the same as panties from VS, the panties I got from PINK do not fit the same. I should have gotten a different size or style. There are lots of cute undies at the store though. I've liked several of the products I've gotten from Victoria's Secret and they have survived the washing machine for a while now, but the panties I got from PINK just aren't my favorite. They look cute but just fit kinda funny. Prices are kind of high for some items, but if you catch it on sale, it's worth it. It's not my favorite store, but I'm still planning on shopping there again every once in a while.
I can't always shop at VS, but when they have their sales, I try to buy a lot! Nothing makes you feel pretty better than comfortable and beautiful even sexy than what you have on underneath! Their clothing is even awesome. Feel like a supermodel wearing stylish fashions!

Prices are too high for such cheap products. Wore this brand for years in underwear and each time the waist bands ripped off each pair. No longer buy them, as they do not last.
Reward dollars never go through so I have to call customer service and it's time consuming if I have many items but at the same time customer service is very nice to deal with. That being said, it's the time that is the problem. Some of the items are a quality issue but most of the time I'm satisfied.

I love VS! I can't find a bra anywhere that fits me perfectly the way theirs do. I love the panty selection and the sales! I have bought other items, like pj's and shoes from them too. I admit, I probably buy a little too much but it's so much fun!
There are only a couple of these stores is my home town. I won't get into the lack of different sizes. We all know already. I've been to both and have been completely irritated at the trashy attitudes and treatment I and others had received from both locations. I also found that their sizes are labeled 2 sizes higher than what they actually are. So say you wear a 34 B in bras, you buy one from this overpriced establishment, get home and put it on just to find that it does not fit properly. It's too small and you can just reach the first set of hooks. It just seems a bit ridiculous to me how rude it seems everyone who works at these two shops are and how the company doesn't properly label or size their products. Especially given the insane prices.
