I had order someplace for a special occasion. I hadn't realized my auto fill had left the 0 off my house number. I called customer support was told my package was being held at the post office. I left work early to go get it. I was told it had been sent back the day before. Wasted 30 there and gas. Drive to the nearest location 30/40 minutes away. Get to the store they refused to price match the item I had bought called customer care they also would do nothing for me. I almost just bought the same item that n store and was going to be the annoycustomer that returns the new one when it came. But I went to the bathroom and my shopping basket was mia according to the employees. Worst experience ever so much lost time and hassle. Probably will cancel my angel card after my bill is paid.

Today was the first day walking into a Victoria secret store, without my wife, I assumed before I walked in a would be judge and widely stared at but no it was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls, I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if they were on sale the second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices, I was lost so she was very helpful showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping they let me look around at the diff rents styles and shapes, it took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me, I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out I've never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition, the one who checked me out was by for the nicest one didn't make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up I truly help at home in this store they all treated me with a goodbye have a good day, the experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more( take advantage of the sale they told me about) within walking in the girl told me" nice to see you back so soon" she went out of here way to make a point to remember me, I have worked in retail all my life for 13years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls and the Rome Mount Berry mall store!

I'm older than the college age that Pink by Victoria's Secret markets to however I can only comfortably wear the Pink brand underwear for some reason. It's absurdly comfortable and the Pink leggings too. I just wish they would get those giant labels off of the clothing. I have noticed though, that the quality in general has taken a serious nosedive. The sizing for one thing is totally inconsistent. You really need to read reviews first to see whether it runs too big or small and hardly anything runs "true to size" anymore. Even the bras and panties run one way or the other now. I've ordered multiple items in different colors in the same size and they're not only different sizes but different material too. A pair of leggings recently arrived with a hole. I returned them and they charged me shipping even though they told me on the phone that they wouldn't. I am going to stop shopping there.The brand seems only popular with a certain under-culture now anyway. I just purchased a sweater from there and the entire thing unraveled within a few minutes. I will never, ever shop there again.

UPDATE: it has now been 27 business days. Still NOTHING. I will absolutely NEVER BUY from VS again! Stole my money.

In April 2019 I purchased a few items from VS and returned them in store 5/2/2019 and I have not received the credit back on my credit card yet. I have called multiple times and have probably spent at least 3-4 hours talking with them over the past few weeks and every time I call I explain everything to one person and they transfer me to someone else and I explain again. At least 4 times. Plus I get a different story about how long it should take every time I call. They were unable to locate my items even though I have a confirmation email and receipt (that I got from the store when I returned them) that says I will get the credit back in 3-5 business days. Finally the last time I called they said they processed it and have my items but I still do not have the credit on my account. I have contacted the bank with my card and they are turning in a dispute to VS. It has been 19 business days at this point and VS cannot confirm that they even have my items (some of the people I have talked to at VS say they have them, others say they dont...). This has been beyond ridiculous and will definitely effect any purchases I make there in the future. I have been a very loyal customer until now. Oh and by the way, in the mean time I've had to make a payment and am now getting charged interest even though I will own them nothing after my return. Ridiculous.

Very bad communication with customer care. I bought several items on Friday. On Saturday I wanted to add two more items to the order so I ask in live chat if they can add it to my order, it hasn't been prepared yet. They told me it isn't possible so they advice me to make another order and transportation cost will be refund so I don't have to pay it twice. The shipping cost to the Czech rep. Is high. When I made another order and ask for refund the shipping cost the told me I had a wrong information. I wanted to cancel the order in a 10 minutes as I don't like lies. They told me it is canceled and guess what I just realized it isn't. I really don't recommend to buy there especially from the Czech rep. And Europe. I share this experience with buyers from Czech rep. As well.

My undergarments are not fitting me anymore so I needed to purchase some asap. I received coupons from vs so thought I'd use them. Had almost $200 worth in my cart and was told 3 out of 5 coupons will apply. Ok that's fine.

Two separate agents spent an hour each trying to apply it and wouldn't work. Then I wasted another 2 hours with 2 supervisors. It total 4 hours wasted and no order placed.

One of the supervisors stated she applied the code manually but placed the wrong order on hold, the third discount wasn't applied and the order wasn't even processed even though she said it was.

Corporate was no help whatsoever. The woman stated there's nothing she can do and I need to just wait a few more days for the supervisor to get in touch.

I'm extremely disappointed and don't feel like continuing my business with VS nor would recommend this store anymore.
