I Ordered a 600$ Product from this site At the end of November. After 1 week of not shipping (Paid extra for overnight shipping) and the site claims same day shipping as long as its before a certain time. They refunded me the shipping said it would be out in a week guaranteed. 2 more weeks have gone by and nothing call and say wont be anytime soon etc so i told them to cancel and the gentleman said okay and said it was cancelled. I thought it was a little odd I had not recieved a cancel confirmation by email and on the site it still showed 'Processing" Called again and spoke with another lady she said oh yeah he did it etc and wow would you look at that as soon as im off the phone i get an email and the site updates to refunded. And now worst part about all of this is according to paypal the company has a negative/0 balance with them so until they echeck the money to paypal then send it to me i dont get my money back... well we are now 10 days since the refund and still nothing so thanks a lot vicrez was hoping to buy a xmas gift since you ruined the original gift by not being professional and shipping in a timely manner or at the very least letting me know it was back ordered i would have never made this purchase. And im glad i learned my lesson before buying a whole body kit... You lost a great customer to be GG

I was a bit skeptical since i buy a lot online and have bought several equipment parts for both my car and my wife and to be honest after trying and testing Vicrez pieces i have to say thats all ive got now. I have replaced everything from bumper to others on both my own vehicle and my wife due to the strength, and high quality of their products. I cant recommend it enough. We order wrong front bumper for our mustang and customer service was super helpful to solve this issue. Customer services at Vicrez.com is awesome and we have since ordered the right urethane bumper. The quality is superb. I had previously dealt with fiberglass bumpers and it was pain in the a@#. I bought a fiberglass bumper off of ebay and the seller did not want to accept my return. Vicrez mustang polyurethane bumper fitment was as good as OEM, if not better. Thanks for all your help!

A few weeks ago I was looking for some side skirts for my Lexus. I found some on Amazon, which i purchased from. A few days later the seller contacts me saying they dont have it in stock. Thus, i had to wait for a refund. So i was dissapoint it.

While searching online, i stumbled upon vicrez.com. I found what i was looking for. Before making my purchase, i contacted them. The customer service is by far one of the best i have encounter online along with amazon, zappos, etc. They assured me that they have in stock and it should arrive between 3 -5 business day.

So i decided to place my other. After a few hours i received an email confirmation along with my tracking id showing that it was shipped the same day.

The item actually arrived sonner than expected, 2 days.
