I recently ordered side splitters and a wicker bill add-on. When I received the tracking, it initially said it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 22nd. When I checked it again, it changed to pending and I wasn't receiving any updates on the tracking. I decided to reach out and email the vicrez support. They responded promptly and informed me of why the status was pending. Vicrez has one of the best customer support teams.

Amazing product and great customer service. I highly recommend them. Easy to navigate website and find every product you're looking for.

The louvers are nice, but the strongest materials on the planet but they look cool. 5 stars for the customer service though

1st of all it took 3 and a 1/2 months for my charger wide body flare kit to arrive and once it did arrive It was missing key pieces to the kit ‍ So I called an inquired about those pieces and the Young man Who answered the phone told me they were aware that there was some pieces missing out of the order and they didn't put them in the Box because they didn't have them in stock yet!... At this point I'm completely blown away By the lack of professionalism I've encountered dealing with Vicrez.com I had every intention Of spending a lot of money with this company before I knew how I'm professional it was... I will never, repeat I will never be ordering from this place again.

Took all of my money But gave me half the product And the product I did receive was flimsy and of poor material anyway

1st I ordered the rear louvers and from what I understood is that they came also with the side louvers as well but that was not the case. I didn't really care about the sides one so I was happy to have recieved the rear one.
The problem is they are made suspect and the worse part is the install and the connecting pads.
They do not contour to your rear glass which make only maybe 60%contact with the glass on the top which is the most important part of holding the louver to the rear window.
So now you have a dangerous piece of plastic (called a loose louver) hanging off the back of your car ready to come through someones front window on the freeway.
When I wrote the company about this issue they said they would have to charge me to send it back.
For 377.00 they should have given a better quality louver then this garbage. Remember I now warned you.

Although the spoiler hasn't been installed yet and when it does, I will write another review on how it looks; but the product we received is of great quality. We are very pleased and we shopped around and did not find a better price, plus a discount code was used and we got it at an even better price!

I bought a rear diffuser for my charger from this company and the install was quick and easy with no problems. The company had a full online tutorial for how to install the product and was helpful throughout the whole process. Greatly appreciate the quality and fair pricing! Additionally I have bought their carbon fiber steering wheel, paddle shifters, and their mud flaps for my car. Their many unique products have made my car stand out and I intend to buy more of their products. Thank you Vicrez and to their helpful customer service staff!

Good and when they do have problems they always make sure the customer is satisfied! They have good products and very easy to talk to.

Carbon fiber has ripples. Fitment isn't flush. Threads are weak. Mounting holes are off just enough that you can easily strip threads by threading sideways. Design is flawed. Even with a backing plate, wing is super unstable. No installation sheet. Can't drive past 130 without being scared it'll fall off. 1 of the brackets was crooked. And height of the wing itself wasn't what I needed. Honestly went to bed without dinner from disappointment. My gt350 pushing 800hp looks like a ricer now and they won't allow my review to be posted on their website.

I bought a spoiler from them and it came 45 days later because they didn't have any made... You guys specialize in this, how do you not have 1 jaguar spoiler available. Anyways after it arrived it came with no hardware at all just a spoiler poorly packaged and screw holes were messed up. I called and asked if I could get a discount code for next purchase because of the delay and he said it shouldn't be an issue yet i didnt get anything even after having to wait 45 days

Let me start off by saying the people over at Vicrez have helped me out so much from figuring out fitment to helping me with my constant questions! The team over at Vicrez have helped me out so much and have been there every step of the way. When it came down to helping me out fit my bumper to my car they told me everything I needed to do and gave me detailed instructions on what needed to be done to properly fit my front bumper along with the rear diffuser I purchased from them too! Plus they always have sweet deals when it comes to products they sell! I honestly can't wait to purchase the AMS good they have! If you are skeptical about them. DONT BE! They are really kind and considerate about your questions and needs!

Ordered a Nismo style front bumper and it took 2 weeks to deliver and upon delivery From a freight truck it came UNBOXED and shrink wrapped and broken in two places beyond repair. I called immediately and sent pictures and was told 2 days later they'd "look into my claim". Huh?! First tell me they will send me a replacement then 2 days later tell me they're out of that bumper and said for me to "fix it myself". I paid $800 with $100 shipping and they want me to fix it myself! Unreal. I demand a refund and they say I have to ship the part back before getting a refund and I would have to pay to ship. When I dispute the order with PayPal and email three times, they send me a USPS shipping label knowing very well that UPS not USPS will ship a huge car bumper let alone WITHOUT A BOX! Two days to find a bumper box and try to ship back then was rejected due to the size. All they had to do was have Pilot Freight, who they originally shipped with to pickup from me on their expense but they are in the business of taking money and not delivering quality parts or even quality! It's been 2 weeks and the "refund" they claim they refunded with PayPal has been held up because PayPal hasn't received the funds from the Vicrez payment account so I am without my $800 and was unable to get a replacement build in time for my show. Horrible company and they are very good at deceiving customers. For all the truthful negative reviews, they have random employees in their business post positive reviews that are lies. BUYERS BEWARE AND IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE BUY USING A CREDIT CARD THAT GIVES PURCHASE PROTECTION SO YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WHILE THE CREDIT ISSUER SEEKS REPAYMENT. I learned a lesson to not buy from anyone using PayPal. I use my credit card now
