We bought 7 tickets for the Bundesliga match Bayern Munich against Borussia Dortmund that was played on April 8,2017 in the Allianz Arena in Munich. We clicked on Category 1 tickets, clicked on a GUARANTEED section of the seating charts, payed 13 times face-value of the tickets, but received seats in the second to last row of the upper bowl in the stadium. Typical bait and switch technique. In addition, tickets were sent last minute to our hotel in Munich, so even though we had bought airfare and hotel stay, we did not know until the day before the event if the tickets will be received. There is no way to get in touch with this company (no customer service email or phone number), the worst experience ever! Stay away from them, they need to go out of business!

Сейчас, вернулась из Лондона и нашла в своей эл. почте билеты, которые были отправлены за день до спектакля. На билетах чужое имя и совсем плохие боковые места. Bought tickets to 21 Pilots for my son and girlfriend. Thought this was the site to buy them from. Ended up costing me nearly double the price took a long time to send (months) thought we were not getting them. Today I compared some tickets I bought for "walk off the earth" already they have them double the price and they have not even sold out. I would not buy from them ripping people off. I struggled with giving them one star.

I recently bought two tickets from Viagogo for the Round 10 Richmond vs Essendon 'Dream Time' game at the MCG. The cost on the website was $60 each for 'general admission' which after 'costs' turned out to be $80 each (face value $25 each) When I down loaded and printed the tickets, they had 'seat 5 and seat 6' on them but there was no Gate entry or area mentioned. I message Viagogo and asked where the seats were only to be told that 'general admission' means standing room. As I was taking an elderly parent standing is out of the question and I'm now stuck with tic

Kets that cost $80 each for standing room. No where on the website or the ticket is 'standing room' mentioned and as such I believe is false advertising on their part. Note, GENERAL ADMISSION MEANS STANDING ROOM.

I did not realize this was a resale site. When I clicked on the Santana concert, this site immediately came up. Went through the process of purchasing tickets, and at check out was slugged more than $40 handling fee per ticket. Under NO circumstances use this site - VERY MISLEADING. The concert is this week and after reading reviews I hope we don't have any issues on the night. We have been issued tickets so hopefully will have no dramas. Paid an extra $150 for what:-(

I did not realize this was a resale site. When I clicked on the Bruno Mars concert, this site immediately came up. I thought I was buying two tickets, ended up with three and a bill for $961.83. Anyway, the tickets were either taken from my home, or misplaced and I contacted Viagogo. They stated I could only replace them if they were e-tickets. ( I was not given the choice to have an e-ticket). They basically said to bad so sad. I even offered to pay a re-issue fee, but forget it. I will never to business with this company again. I am so upset over this loss.

Vigogo changed my seat 3 times with only hours to go before the show so had to accept what I was told was an upgrade it wasnt and spoiled my experience. Try to resolve a complaint and you dont get a reply, emails returned and when do finally get to talk to someone the phone call was dropped! Really frustrating and would never, never use these cowboys again. Bad, bad experience that unless you have time to sit at home chasing these rude people to resolve your issue you wont get anywhere

3 April 2017 - confimation e-mail received to say tickets despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery

4 April 2017 - nothing the tracking number that Viagogo provided says being processed

5 April 2017 - Nothing in the post and at home all day to sign for delivery

6 April 2017 - e-mail received to say no we havent posted them at all but we have sent you e-mail versions to printt off - SO YOU LIED TO ME VIAGOGO

7 April 2017 - Printed off tickets but not my order and not in my name - contacted the venue direct who advised " yep thats Viagogo they bulk buy and sell them on so all tickets have the same name on them. If I was you Id never buy from Viagogo again"

Tomorrow iff to the show and hopefully a seat
