DONT USE THIS PLATFORM TO BOOK TOCKETS FOR AAAAAAAANYTHING! Overcharged, underdelivered, hard to contact, no response to questions. I apparently bought the last 2 seats in a sitting section only to have 2 general admission - STANDING - tickets sent to me. I paid 3x the price on the ticket!

Bought 3 tickets for afl game. Was send concession tickets but paid full price. Tickets where scanned already. I was ripped off and will file a complaint with the police of theft. Cancelled my credit card as well and advise everybody who used these conman services to do the same

Ordered tickets through a Facebook page link to their website. Their service was overpriced - double the regular ticket office. Tickets were readily available at the regular table cost office. I, not knowing otherwise ordered tickets through Viagogo and paid double their worth. The website falsley advertised the tickets as being so close to sold out where this was a complete lie. Do not use this service. I have a bitter taste in my mouth a week after the event.

Quite happy to sell you very over priced tickets but won't help when things go wrong. Do not use them. All they do is acquire tickets from individuals and re sell them at a Hugh markup. We're quite happy not to help and just send a condescending email not even apologising

If you want tp pay quadruple the price of your ticket and still not get what you wanted then Viagogo is for you.
Paid $130 for restricted view $35 tickets to an AFL game. Will certainly spread the word about this unethical corrupt and dodgy company. What a rip!

If I go in negatives I would, This site is $#*!ed scammed me $400 if I could call anyone a $#*! it would be this stupid $#*!ing website, with there $#*!ing "10 people are viewing this" or "hurry these are the last tickets available at this price" go $#*! your self $#*! with the amount I paid I should be able to $#*! bliss

I paid $151 for tickets to an AFL game.
Upon printing the tickets I found that they were Concession/Child tickets worth $22 each.
Viagogo "Help Centre" is only contactable by email and they were not interested in helping me.
Their site is designed to hurry you along the purchasing process with a bombardment of messages coming up, telling you how many people are looking at the tickets and how many tickets are left etc.
I believe that they are unethical, devious, untruthful rip off merchants.
Do not use this company

Yes, I have purchased tix to a concert that got cancelled. This was on 4/13. When I spoke to one of the viagogo reps the following day, he assured me I would receive the money back within next 5 business days. 15 days later, no reimbursement. And no way to contact anyone: their phone service only helps customers whose concert is within 72 hours of the call and no one is responding to my email. What is going on?

I got scammed of approx $640 for Ariana Grande Melbourne tickets! Based on other reviews that I've read around the internet the tickets I purchased MAY NOT even be VALID so they might not get me in on the day of the concert! They have a no refund policy and they do not tell you the total amount you are paying until AFTER they take your credit card details. I've been in tears all damn day and trying to get them to reply to my emails and inquiries but they have not been at all! I'm beyond angry and sick. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO EVER

Been waiting for a payment for the tickets i've sold for over two months.
A month ago i've got a replay that the money was sent but they won't provide the SWIFT code for it.
They had me enter my bank credentials again and haven't heard from them since.
They sure know how to keep customers happy.

Purchased 2 tickets for the guns and roses concert, wanted to resell 1 out of the 2 but the very userunfriendly website options wouldn't allow this.
So I cancelled the purchase but the website has been so cheeky and still listed both tickets for sales and asking me to confirm the sale, which I didnt. Now they are charging me a fee for cancelling the tickets.
Until now, the tickets have never found their way in my post box. I doubt I will ever receive them.
Also I think it is very disgusting that they do not list a contact number and also that when you managed to find one, the options are designed for you to be unable to speak to a human being (*******080 - Inside/Outside UK, *******670 - Inside UK Only)
You can only chose between purchased thickets or selling tickets and both options require you to have your ID ready and that the event is either within 72 hours or already passed.
The "customer support" consists of FAQs, which do not list your questions and automatic email responses of "Maja" who is clearly a robot or not able to read as she did not get my issue at all but just provide me with the link how to sell my tickets...
I will never purchase a ticket there again. Legal actions against this company should be initiated concerning the other reviews you can read. SHUT THIS WEBSITE DOWN!

Refund of money

I have just spent nearly £500 for Queen at Nottingham 5th December. Put them back for sale as I made a mistake. 2 have been sold, 1 left. They say I cannot get my money back until after the show, which is 8 months away, but, I am expected to pay, as well as the person that has just bought them from me. This is disgraceful, how do I report this

I thought purchased tickets for my son & I to attend the circus at the Royal farms arena. I was really excited after I received a confirmation saying my tickets would arrive 30 mins before the show. It didn't dawn on me but that was a red flag right there. The tickets NEVER CAME & of course I called my bank immediately! Bank of America knows all about this website & refunded me my money back. If a website cannot provide a customer service number & email address. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & don't fall for it.

Naievly thought we were using another reputable online seller. Paid 4× the price for what we thought were prime seats to a rugby game. Tickets were for children not adults and could not be retrived when we got to venue. Consulted bank who were very helpful but couldnt retrieve funds YET! Feel a bit silly but lesso learnt!
