The company's reputation is significantly marred by a consistent pattern of customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues related to ticket availability, inflated pricing, and inadequate customer service. Customers frequently report receiving invalid tickets, last-minute notifications, and a lack of effective support when seeking refunds or resolution. While some users may have had positive experiences, these are overshadowed by widespread claims of fraud and poor service. The overall sentiment reflects a strong caution against using the platform, highlighting a pressing need for improved transparency and customer support to rebuild trust.

Over priced clever web site probably paid bouble for tickets note to self don't use first site that pops up on your search Let's hope the tickets turn up
Why do you not tell customers about extra charges for buying tickets?
The ticket price was $181 then they added another $77 for booking fees
Don't trust this booking site
Nothing more to add to all the other reviews as they sum up these the theiving scammers very well! Avoid.
Traveling in Vienna from Canada. Found out last minute one of my favorite bands, Deep Purple, was playing tonight. Bought the e-ticket, walked almost an hour to get to the venue just in time. Just to find our my ticket was no good. Customer service even had my ticket on a list saying so?! What a shame. That this company has a 1 star review, problems with buyers all the time. And is allowed to still operate?!
Paid $245.83 for 2 chevelle tickets. When the ticket says they are $28.00 a piece. Never buying of this website again! Very upset and disipointed. Front toe tickets were $35 while we paid $245 and are sitting in the back.
Charged more than double price of Andre Riue tickets. Viagogo charged 271.11.
Tickets arrived at only 65 each.
Now worth it anyway at row 34!
Nevertheless, I wish I would have bought them directly, never thought at the time but will never use this scammer again.
Although I blame myself for allowing this to happen, it's still fair to warn others.
Got tickets through their site for a Metallica concert in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It was through a seller on the site, a third-party I guess you would say. Everything seemed fine until literally the moment I was there to get my tickets scanned to enter the stadium. They got scanned and I was told the tickets were "void". I went to the box office to ask what was going on and was told whoever bought the tickets (who sold them to me) their card was fradulent and the transaction cancelled. I called up Viagogo to tell them what happened and they said this happens sometimes. I now have to provide *them* documentation from the box office stating what happened in order to get a refund. Yeah! Because supposedly some a-hole decided to rip me off (and who knows if that's even the case, but why this website even allowed such a creep on to their site to sell says a lot), now *I* have to prove that I was ripped off? It's clear as day that when the tickets are scanned they come up as "void", that's all that needs to be said! But no, for this site that's not good enough. Now I have to call my credit card company that I used to buy these fake-$#*! tickets so I can dispute/cancel this transaction and get my money back from this site. Never again.
Do not use this website. Paid £160 for an event but other sites charged just over £80. It was my fault for not doing enough research and should have bought my tickets from ticketmaster. Stay as far away as you can from this scandalous website as you can and let others know about this fraudulent business as well
No help after charge you over price. First try to book tickets appears Error then try again, after you pay for 2 orders.no refund just tell you to sale one ticket
Bought 2 adult tickets and got sent 2 child tickets. Paid New Zealand dollars and got charged Indian rupee. Fukn homos
Was shown to pay $230, charged $65 processing fee after the fact... didn't authorize that at all. On top of that... print the tickets, show up at the concert and told they were FAKE tickets! Have to dispute with my credit card company because their customer service not only was completely useless they lied! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Bad form Viagogo you should be ashamed. I have yet to rate their conduct but to date they have supplied a rip off service whilst knowingly and deliberately selling adult tickets for an event then supplying child tickets instead. Luckily for Kiwi's we have great service and our local companies put right what Viagogo do wrong. I say ban their servers accessing NZ domains.
So after falling for the whole "2 tickets left" I paid £199 for two Peter Kay tickets only worth £28 each. I couldn't make the concert and viagogo only posted the tickets 2 days beforehand I couldn't sell them. Basically I wasted all that money and the event wasn't even sold out. Sad thing is that these idiots have such a huge Ad position that they are the first site that pops up when you want to find tickets. I only wish I had read the reviews. There is no customer service number and they are a huge CON. Buyers and sellers beware.
Just bought two tickets for Rolling Stones concert in Amsterdam. I was supposed to pay 603 for both tickets! While paying I was shown 603. After I paid it showed me 220 more! Like wtf guys?! Purchase can not be cancelled. They say you can sell the tickets via their $#*!ing page where you end up paying another fees just to sell it. I feel used and robbed! Never ever buy anything from them! I feel disgusted!
Unfortunately I am most unpleased with your service your pricing policy is not transparent and unfair to customers.
The price per ticket in the ref order was £88.88. On top of that you charged me £30.30 of VAT and booking fee (£17.77 of VAT which makes £12.5 for booking fee?) And, as if you did not already charge enough, you charged almost £3 of handling fee.
As per your website VAT is mandated by law in your country and is used to fund public goods and services. Booking fee is what allows us to provide you with our great service. It helps us verify your tickets are valid, ensure safe and secure delivery of your tickets in time for the event, and provide prompt customer service if you ever need it
What is handling fee then? And what delivery you are talking about if the tickets are electronic?
Last but not least great service does not apply to your company you should at least provide a contact phone number for your customers.

Recently made a purchase for a concert in Italy and paid extra for express ups delivery to California. Two days after I get an email, stating the tickets were delivered! But not to my address! I CONTACTED UPS, they were great btw, anyways ups, said someone had delivered the package and picked up 6 minutes after and signed my name wtf! It's clear it's a fraud by Viagogo, they were the only ones who had my info. Call your bank IMMEDIATELY! Because did I forget to mention they charge you more than what they say. DO NOT EVER EVA EVA EVA USE!
Crap site makes you wait in line which is a trap and unnecessary, poor service, only show high priced tickets which they have overcharged, huge 20%handling fee charges, illegal!
Thought I'd surprise my wife by seeing the bodyguard in sydney. Paid over $530 Australian to receive tickets worth only $80 each. They falsely stated only few seats remaining and hurry final shows. I Did not realise this was a scam site until it was too late. DO NOT PURCHASE any tickets from this site. Extremely disappointed that the surprise became a disaster
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO
Answer: So frustrated surely there must be something we can do, surely this is not legal?
Answer: For is it was a total con. They showed prices in HK dollars and then charged in US dollars. We paid $4000 US dollars for two Madonna tickets. There's literally no phone number on their site and it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. Don't buy tickets here. You'll be sorry. They even charged us $500 for a service fee. Really insane!
Answer: Hi Bryan! Viagogo is a ticket marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell tickets for live events. Once you purchase with viagogo you are covered by our guarantee: http://www.viagogo.co.uk/landingpage/1044610 Kind regards, Ana
Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
Answer: If in doubt, always try and pay by credit card so have a certain amount of protection/insurance. There's a lot of fraudulent ticket sales going on all over at the moment, so do your homework, read reviews and always use a secure method of payment if you decide to proceed.
