They love to hung up calls and solve nothing.

Dont use them never ever.
They take my money and tried to put me in a strange meeting point at only 2 hours of event to make sure Im not able contact them even over the phone. (When event date past, they is no way to contact them at all)

As soon as I point that those seats are not available at the venue, they try to offer me much cheaper seats.
Since I refuse it, It was so hard to contact them by call or mail and also every person I talked to said something different.
I sent emails various in languages and got only reply by English.
It was just before 2 days in concert, they suddenly wanted refund what i paid only with no compansentions.
What they say was "why dont you buy new tickets from our site" no apology at all.
I paid already 800 pound plus and not will spend a penny to them.
I was also told "we send you this by emails" and never recieved and I had to ask to send it again over the phone.

Baisiclly, if I dont realize it was fake tickets they try to sell to me, they ttook my money and i could be tears at strange meeting point.

NEVER spend any money to them. You will lose and you may not get refund.
I got refund today but not full amount.

There is no way to contact them anymore.

Sold few tickets through them which I got from the official Barcelona website which are 100% real. After all tickets have been sold they blocked my account and now responding that it has been deactivated dues some security criteria.

Recently I bought tickets for Bruno Mars concert. The price for two tickets was supposed to be around 140 euro, however in the end, after I provided my credit card details, it turned out, that the total price is around 200 euro because of commissions / booking fees / DHL delivery and other crap that they put on top of the original price.

And of course no refund, because (quoting their customer support specialists) "It is clearly visible throughout the purchase process".

What is clearly visible for me is that this service bullsh*ts people and should be sued for doing such 'legitimate' manipulations.

THIS COMPANY USE SCARE TACTICS TO RUSH YOU INTO BUYING TICKETS. THEY TELL YOU, YOU ARE IN A QUE WITH LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE SELLING OUT FAST. I PURCHASED 2 ROD STEWART TICKETS WITH POSTAGE AND ADMINISTRATION FEES ADDED ON WHEN IT WAS TOO LATE FOR ME TO CANCEL THEY ALREADY HAD MY CARD DETAILS IV PAID £336 FOR 2 TICKETS THEY ARRIVED TODAY TICKET MASTER TICKETS CLEARLY STATING £62 EACH IV CHECKED EVERYDAY SINCE BOOKING IN MARCH AND SUPRISE SUPRISE TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE ON VIAGOGO WEBSITE. THE ONLY REASON I USED VIAGOGO WAS THAT IT WAS THE FIRST SITE TO COME UP ON GOOGLE. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAUGE! I HAVE RATED THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO REVIEW THEM WITHOUT A STAR RATING.

I googled tickets for Ed Sheeran and viagogo came up first so I joined and went to purchase my tickets for the presale. The tickets were about a hundred dollars more expensive than usual but I went ahead as I was very keen to see Ed and the first 3 shows were sold out within an hour. When I went to finally purchase my tickets using my credit card additional charges were added so that the entire price was $638.98!
I was also not able to see where my seats were and I wouldn't receive my tickets till shortly before the concert which is 10 months away. I felt like I had been conned.

I bought 2 tickets for festival in Paris, when I received tickets it shows me concession child, I am looking for a answer does this tickets is for child or for adult, because I bought adult tickets

I spent over £100 on tickets for a baseball game in Phoenix which Viagogo advertised as starting at 7.20pm. The day after I bought the tickets I found out that the game actually started at 12.30pm. My flight got me in at 12 noon so I could not possibly get there on time. I tried every way to contact Viagogo for a refund but no customer service was available. I feel conned and would say to anyone "Buyer Beware".
