Got two tickets for a Massive Attack concert and found out that one of the tickets was already used.So I had to buy another one for much more money! The worse is that the Viagogo refuse to give me a refund! I've been told at Brixton Academy ticket office that a form ( witch I saw the guy filling up) would be sent to Viagogo confirming the problem with that ticket and a refund would be given. But Viagogo says that only after 2 days of the concert I would have the right for a refund! How is that correct?! I bought these tickets almost 2 months before the concert, so why a refund is only applied for such a short time period? Is that really a way of Viagogo to get extra money from people? Not an honest way at all! I will never buy any ticket from Viagogo again and will never suggest to any one ever! And now I will look for legal advice to get my money back. Too bad.

No Tickets
December 18, 2015

Do not use these cowboys, I purchased a concert ticket from Viagogo months prior to the event thinking I was off to the concert. However, on the 17 Dec 2015 (Concert was on the 19th Dec 2015) I got the following email "As you are already aware, we have been let down by your seller and despite our best efforts, we were not able to find any replacement tickets for you".
"As you are already aware"? -I don't think so, I sent them numerous emails during the last few days leading up to the concert asking where are my tickets. The above is the reply I got and who is the seller? - It might be just me but aren't Viagogo the seller!
Please don't think you've secured concert tickets just because they take your money. The vast majority of my emails were not answered and there is no telephone number to call. Also please be aware you have got to sign for the tickets which can be problematic if you work. And because they leave it so late, you could miss the postman and the concert may be the following day. Plus they are expensive.
Stay well clear.

Absolute rip-off!
December 8, 2015

This company sells tickets they don't have. They had £116 of my money for two months and then failed to provide tickets. It turned out they never had them in the first place! Getting in touch with them was a nightmare. Their telephone contact number puts you in to a pointless loop. Hotel booked and paid for, led to believe tickets would be available right up to the day before. MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT and still waiting for the refund. Don't go near them!

I paid 81£ for tickets worth 35£ thinking that was their actual value. + an extra 9£ delivery fee that is totally unnecessary as you might as well download the tickets online. The delivery guy left the tickets outside on the doorstep + I couldn't reach any customer service online for a refund + my previous reports were reported as abusive on this website + MY REFUND WAS REJECTED. I AM GOING TO THE POLICE

You've been warned
July 6, 2015

Twice purchased tickets. Twice lost everything. First time for Lana Del Rey. Despite repeated assurances that tickets would arrive, they never did. Not only lost concert, but all travel plans. Last month, purchased tickets for Sam Smith. Concert was cancelled. Viagogo wouldn't reimburse me. Also lost travel plans. If you have a problem, forget about it. No one will respond. You can't email them directly and you can't talk to anyone by phone. You have been warned. Just hope that you don't have a problem that needs customer service. In my opinion, the company is not reputable.

Will never buy from them again after purchasing tickets for WWE event in leeds for 9 year olds birthday. They insist they sent us an e mail advising the event had changed, it had an receipt confirmation that needed sending. When we realised hours after the event had happened we rang customer service, they insist the e mail was sent, can come up with no answer about the fact we did not acknowledge receipt, of the information, just that it was sent out as spam and customers should check spam!, will not accept the e mail was not sent, call us liars, refuse to discuss any further, because it is the customers resoonsibilty to suspect an event might change, and customers should check, this is the small print of your contract, and if you want to speak to them, they refuse to discuss as it is always the customers fault, and you can try to e mail customer services and they will not respond to either of the e mails you send them. Viagogo is a no go for me after losing £210 with the only explanation that we are liars. How this is a company to avoid customers being scammed I do not know!

Viagogo sold my One Direction concert tickets, and 10days after the concert I still haven't received payment. Very quick to sell MY tickets but cant pay me what is due to me! After 20x emails to them, I got no response. When I got hold of someone via their facebook, he informed me that they are "investigating" my case. That is just a nice way to say "we are stealing your ticket money and proud of it". So many people are complaining that Viagogo stole their money, and I am yet another victim. HOW can they not be shut down?

After listing my tickets on Viagogo I was convinced to send my tickets to them for any "last minute purchasers". My tickets disappeared from their website 6 hours prior to the concert, people sat in the seats sold yet Viagogo deny selling tickets. They call me to tell me they are sorry... promise to pay for tickets and then don't. Just don't be conned by this firm.

I bought a ticket to the fifa world championship in Madrid for 2200 euros. There was no seat matching my ticket and I was asked to leave. I demanded a refund and they said I must have been in the wrong section i was escorted there by an usher.

I ordered tickets to the Davis Cup a week in advance, and they were E-TICKETS! And I received absolutely nothing, sending frantic e-mails when I woke up on the morning of the event and still realized I had nothing delivered and no way to get help.

I sent two e-mails which were not responded to, and have no way of knowing what will become of me.

Even if the prices are good, don't do it, it's not worth the hassle and you'll probably, like me, just be throwing money away anyway.

UPDATE: I spent several hours on the phone on hold or waiting "for them to call me back" with no response. Finally I called again 1 half hour before the event to hear that, of course, there was nothing they could do. I had already travelled to the venue after being reassured earlier that everything would be well.

To those who wonder: THERE IS NO TICKET GUARANTEE. This is a LIE and I am considering legal action to sue for false advertisement.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T CARE: After my fiasco, they promised that they would have a manager call me to apologize and address my concerns, with the utmost amount of simpering placation. They did not call, however, and have not responded to further e-mails.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME!

Booked tickets to watch Springboks vs Argentina in Argentina. Paid for flights and hotel. They were supposed to send the tickets to hotel in Buenos Aires but 5 days before the match the tickets still had not been sent. Changed the delivery address to hotel in Salta but the day before the game the tickets were sent to Buenos Aires. After a fortune spent on International Calls they said they couldn't help. They refused to overnight them to Salta. They did refund the money but that is not the point - the game was sold out so we couldn't get tickets! Terrible experience. Never use them again.

Well let me tell you in a bit more detail why I think this site should be pulled off the internet and banned from trading.

I'll admit now that I should have reviewed your site before purchasing rip-off tickets. Had I done so I would have avoided you like the plague.

When I searched for tickets to the concert I expected to get tickets at a reasonable price in a reasonable position and did not realize they on sold tickets at grossly inflated values (3 x face value). In some parts of the world what they did is illegal acting as an agent of touting/scalping of tickets to events.

I paid E200 each for two tickets and then you charged me another E60 for the privilege of using your services. Had the face value of the tickets received been E200 and in prime position then I would have accepted these charges grudgingly as part of buying tickets on line. However, I was incensed and extremely angry to find out that the face value of the tickets were only E69 each and located off to the side of the venue. There was no seating plan provided when I bought the tickets and I put the whole episode down to my naivety and putting trust into what seemed like a trustworthy ticketing office. NEVER AGAIN will I use viagogo services and will add my comments to reviews of viagogo that might influence others not to get tickets from you.

Assisting ticket scalpers is the lowest of the low - and charging the buyer for the privilege of being ripped off!

I hope someone finds an avenue for legal action against you for these outrageous rip-off services.
