Its a long storey... i booked 6 tickets at £73 each for the Ariana Grande gig on for the 22/05/17 back on the 28/10/16... i didnt mind paying this amount of money as they were top tier front, right at the side of the stage! When i received them they were right at the back top tier and they were £40!. So i lost £180 on all 6 tickets so as you do you wanted to talk to someone at viagogo but they wont talk to you till 2 days before the gig. So i emailed them to complain, i was fobbed off and told me they were happy that they were right tickets ( they were happy) not me and the 4 girls i was taking... so after many many emails which must of them were ignored... 1 email from viagogo i was told no refunds and enjoy your gig! Well as you all know there was a terror attack that night a suicide bomber killed 22 kids and adults... lucky because viagogo gave me the totally wrong seats we were ok and far away from it got out unharmed. My heartbreaks for all the families for the victims of that horrible night.
So after that horrific night... Live nation arranged a 1 love manchester everyone who went to the gig on the 22nd were promised free tickets... Not if you got your tickets from Viagogo that wasn't even an option at first... 45 mins before the deadline 4pm Viagogo are put on the list... i managed to fill all my correct details in at 15.50 before the deadline... Nothing happened... we heard nothing off viagogo untill 9.30 on the morning the tickets sales... lines opened at 10am... so i tried to buy new tickets as my daughter was so upset all her school friends got free tickets who went to the original gig... sold out in 6 mins... Viagogo passed my details to live nation ticketmaster who asked me to send a pic of all the tickets which i did right away... i didnt get a confirmation of them that they received my pics... i have to write a email complaining... On the morning of the 1 love concert i was finally sent a link off live nation at about 11am... so happy i opened the link to find ALL SOLD OUT! I got no support off viagogo or live nation so so disappointed.

They should be ashamed, I was in two minds as to whether I could pay the £76 for 2 Russell Brand tickets, but decided to go for it, as I'm a massive fan. I made the payment, after it stated that was the full amount, only to see they took out £117 - what a disgrace, I don't have that money to spare, & looking at the other reviews, I'm certainly not getting my money back. Tickets for Eric Clapton - face value for 3 £300; cost over £600 - daylight robbery (theft). There is absolutely no justification for the extortionate booking and delivery costs.

I was attempting to buy tickets to see Micheal McIntyre at my local motor point arena in March 2018. The website kept redirecting me to viagogo who I had never heard of. I thought I was paying £115 for the tickets as soon as my payment details had been provided the price inflated to £165.47! The extra amount was for delivery and VAT, £20 of the total amount was not accounted for. I then discovered that the tickets would not be delivered until a few days prior to the event, Iam not expecting to receive any tickets and feel as if I have wasted £165. I contacted the venue to enquire if viagogo bought tickets directly from motor point, I was told they did not and the person I spoke to could not confirm if the tickets I bought were valid or existed. Looking at reviews I am one of many people conned by these criminals I really don't know how they sleep I guess they are laughing al the way to the bank.

Dear All,

On 12.04.2017 I purchased from viagogo.co.uk 2 tickets for Atletico Madrid vs Leicester City - Champions League 2016-17.

The "small" problem was that they charged me with EUR 50 booking fee on top, which was not in the calculation for payment confirmation.

2 days later (today) I received several SMS for ATM withdrawals from my VISA card, made on Bali. Total damage EUR 500 in 3 minutes, before my bank security office blocked the card.

Let's stop those criminals and ALL Victims to complain at Google, if the Swiss Government does not care, at least to be blacklisted by Google.

Daylight Robbery
March 31, 2017

I was told that I had bought tickets for a Barcelona match only to discover that they had conned me into buying Real Madrid tickets; it was impossible to communicate with this bunch of criminals let alone get my money back. Avoid them at all costs and ask your MP to change the law so as to make them illegal.

Trying to book a tcket and the site goes into meltdown saying there are 200 people trying to book tickets! And you wait and wait and wait as the queue bar goes up and up andup and then hey presto you have a ticket! Only problem is - its £125 to see the Charlatans! Are they trying to con me haha?
Now I love em but sadly not that much. Come on people get real stop booking madly overpriced tickets - especially when pissed - like I nearly did!

VIAGOGO are cheats.
March 23, 2017

I have ordered an entrance ticket through Viagogo to the Chelsea Flower show in London coming up in May 2017. I have since found out that the Royal Horticultural Society does not recognise ANY tickets sold or on-sold from any site but their own official site, 6 months have passed and I had been told I would be advised when I could download my ticket. Viagogo also "sold" me a ticket on a members only day, which I am not, Having now seen other scams, I believe I will never be advised to download my ticket, or if I do, at the gate for the Flower Show, it will be not accepted. Perhaps I am lucky, I have found out in time and have been able to buy from the official site. I am however out of pocket $NZ. 298.40!

DO NOT USE!
March 23, 2017

If i could leave a 0 star rating i would! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Firstly, i booked tickets which i paid 160GBP for 2 seats in the nose-bleed section. I misplaced my tickets the day of the event which i admit was my fault. I called them and they told me 'it is my fault and there is nothing they can do'. They were not helpful at all! Wouldnt even contact the seller to see if there was a way he/she could help me out. I then went to the venue to buy new tickets. I paid 120GBP for 2 new tickets and i sat 10 rows from the front. So all in all,
1. I was ripped off buying overprices tickets
2. They did not help at all when i called them because of misplaced tickets
3. WORST company to deal with!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Very poor customer service, no follow up, no clear route to making contact with an actual member of staff, hiding behind a generic question page which masquerades as their customer support offering.
All because they know that unwitting customers are regularly shocked by the inordinately expensive add-on costs they see fit to throw at every transaction (and they do it very quietly too, so you might not even notice until you get to your receipt page, by which time it's too late to back out of the scam). By all means deal with them, but be prepared to be well and truly fleeced.

Overpriced and misleading
February 21, 2017

Went on to Viagogo site by mistake, as they come up first on the google search engine. Said tickets for a concert were nearly sold out, paid 200% more, they have no contact point, based in tax free Switzerland, and don't give a s... t. other websites had hundreds of tickets left. Scam, scam, scam. This seems to be the way people make money these days, dishonest and don't care. BE VERY CAREFUL ON THIS SITE

I went in this website to purchase Ed Sheeran concert tickets - I wanted 3 and prices ranged from £157 upwards for standing. I agreed to this and clicked through the site entering my details and credit card and confirmed my purchase - all the time a timer was counting down the minutes and seconds left to purchase... pressure! Purchase complete and then the bill popped up ( not seen before purchase confirmed) price was for EACH ticket - booking fee £186 handling fee and VAT Total £864.65 No redress, unable to cancel transaction and all phone numbers lead to website - can't speak to anyone. Credit Card co said woman had just had £1700 taken by same co. Same concert *******FRAUD BY MISREPRESENTATION********* ********************BUYER BEWARE******************
