DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not book a treatment with this company! I bought a course of fungal toenail treatments with them and found it extremely difficult to book to appointments at the Fitzrovia salon (phone never answered.) when I finally managed to book an appointment the girl doing my treatment sold me a thread vein removal treatment and said she will book all of my appointments in with her and that it will all be done before my summer holiday. I turned up to the next appointment only to be told that girl had quit and my treatment will be done by woman filling in from the Richmond branch. I was told she was not qualified to do the vein treatment and in fact nobody was at the salon any more! I asked the woman on reception for a refund and she said I have to contact customer care. Customer care can only be contacted by email. I've been emailing for months, NO RESPONSE. I rang the Fitztovia branch back and spoke to the manger, he said he will speed things up, a month later NO RESPONSE. They were very quick to sell me a product/service but when that product/service became unavailable they are VERY reluctant to refund. Very unsatisfied customer.

I have been only to Richmond branch which is on a grate spot and very convenient for me. Everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. Rosie is amazing and very careful and making me feel commutable. They have good orange of equipment as well. It is growing business and i think it will just get better. So happy with the treatments. I haven't finish all my sessions for now but i'm sure i will have more treatments there in the future.

Bought laser hair removal on Groupon, the patch test was a joke, I know how it should be done and not certainly in 2 seconds in the reception, then they had no appointments for 2 months, when challenged all this they became rude and did not give any explanation about the dodgy patch test and lack of appointments, after 2 months I was able to do my first session, full legs and arms in less than 10 minutes! They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. I told them I knew that wasn't right but as I had already paid, they threaten me saying they will not refund nor continue with the sessions if I kept complaining, tried to make a compliant
But was impossible, no contact number, no emails address for head office, I doubt their head office even exist. Every session they were trying to sell me all kind of treatments, and were extremely rude saying my skin was bad and needed this and that (2 of them very annoying with the hard sell, *) Once all sessions finished there was no difference, i have the same amount of hair, as of course the laser was (as I see now in many reviews) on the minimum intensity and done so quickly to have any effect! The place is disgusting and unhygienic and all the good reviews are obviously FAKE and I fully support the bad once as I have been ripped off. They are malicious and a fraud, please, please, pay attention to the bad reviews and avoid vgmedispa like the pest!

I would like to point out the treatment I had did not work. I was informed the age spots on my face would disappear on/after three treatments. I was impressed with the first treatment however the spots were still there. I went on to have the second treatment and again I believed what they said that it could take the three treatments.
I went on to have the third treatment and on my way I got a phone call to say they were running late and could I come in 30 minutes later than arranged. I was ok with this as I had freed up all day due to my appointment.
When I arrived I was told the lady Ashley that would be carrying out my treatment was not there and running late. I waited a half hr and she still had not returned. I was informed she was in college doing a course and would be back soon.
There was another young girl there and she was sent to apply the Topical anaesthetic cream to numb the skin to the area for 30 minutes making the procedure comfortable; Ashley did this procedure the first and second treatment.
I assumed she knew what she was doing however when she had finished she went on to do the cream on another lady that was waiting and I overheard the manager saying to put lots of the cream on as it had to numb the face for the treatment.
I still had to wait some time before Ashely arrived back. She went on to do my treatment and it was uncomfortable as it was slightly painful on parts of my face. I came to the conclusion that the young girl did not know what she was doing and did not put enough anaesthetic on my face.
When the treatment was finished I purchased a box of creams and lotions to help with the treatment I just had as advised by the manager at the cost £120. I was informed the age spots would disappear and as part of the package I purchased an extra Derma-Roller treatment to have at a later date at the cost of £50.
I went on to use the creams as per instructions however I see no difference in my face now as it is the same as the first day I went to your salon.
I returned to the salon and explained I was not happy and I would like the £50 I paid for the extra treatment refunded. The manager explained that she could not refund this money and I would have to contact head office. I requested the address and the name of the person I would have to contact. I was given the address however the Manager went on to say I hope you are not going to report my salon. I replied, I am not happy with the results and I just want my money back and this would be the only way I could get it as she could not refund it to me from the salon.
She then went on to offer some cream (photo of cream given enclosed); instead of the money saying it would help with my skin as it was a very good cream. I accepted this cream with the hope it would be as good as she said however I have used it and my skin is no different than the first day of attending the salon. I was also informed that Ashley no longer worked there and the young girl that helped with my treatment was not trained fully and this would explain why she did not know what she was doing. She also no longer works there.

This place is an absolute scam and rip-off. I bought a package of 6 laser treatments from Groupon for VG Medispa, hoping that they would be a reliable aesthetician that I could continue going to.

First of all, their location in Richmond looks as if it is a temporary installation, where the entry/waiting room has 1 reception desk and three Ikea type chairs, nothing on the walls - When I arrived I thought I was at the wrong place because it's basically empty, as though they didn't want to invest in proper installations knowing that they are are going to pick up and vacate at any moment.

Second, the customer service as well as the laser attendant herself became snarky, rude, and patronising after I continually to refused to "upgrade" my service.

Thirdly, I bought 6 sessions for a "large area," of which is clearly outlined on Groupon's Terms and Conditions. Once they realised that I was adamant about not buying more sessions (I hadn't even hadn't even finished my first one to see if I like it, and they were already pushing more on me), they tried to say that I owed them money because they had done more areas than I paid for. I referred them to the conditions of the sale as per Groupon, and they reluctantly said that this would have to be an "exception".

And fourthly! The treatment didn't even work! I've had laser hair removal dozens of times, and am very familiar with the process and the outcome. The "aesthetician" smothered my face in gel, pressed the button once and continuously rubbed the wand around my whole face for about 15 seconds, handed me some paper towels and told me I was done. When I questioned her, she said she has been doing this for 10 years, and that is how this particular machine works. She is a liar.

This place is HORRIBLE- I will NEVER go back (I didn't even finish the 5 remaining sessions I paid for because it was such a disagreeable experience), and I hope VG MediSPA disappears for good. Scams like these are what give business offering discounted services on Groupon a bad reputation.

I've been scrolling down and have seen positive but OBVIOUSLY FAKE reviews enlisted for this ridiculous company! You simply have to take a look at the google reviews and see all the comments of the people who have had REAL experience with this clinic and you can get a taste of what they are really like.

As a matter of fact, after doing some digging I have found there is also MULTIPLE Facebook Groups and Pages of angry customers who have been maltreated and denied their money from this company expressing their frustration and anger. This clinic is the worst I have ever attended and I would not recommend it to anybody whatsoever.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY FAKE REVIEWS!

Farhana, who is one of the therapists at the new clinic in Richmond is very professional, thorough, friendly and efficient.
She runs you through step by step about what she is going to do next, and the reasons for it.
She also gives you very detailed instructions on what to do and not to do before your next appointment. (you get those in a document that runs for several pages but hey, you forget after a week or so).
I am very satisfied and will recommend the clinic to my friends.

I just had my 2nd laser tattoo removal treatment in Manchester and I am more than happy with the professionalism of the clinic. The receptionist and therapist Dee are always very friendly and make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend VGMedispa to anyone wanting this or any other treatment they provide.

Richmond branch. I purchased VGMedispa laser depilation from the Groupon. At first, my impression was very bad and I felt that I am treated much worse than customers, who purchase their service full cost. It made me feel very bad, everytime I would walked there for the treatment. But the administrator Farhana started to work there and things changed. She is amazing specialist and professional, but the most important is her approach to the customers is an great example to follow. Thank you Fathana!
The laser procedure is good, I made 5 treatments already and my hair grows much less, but I was told for the full hair removal you need around 12 sessions - I believe it is true, couse after 5 I still have hair growing (much less, but still).
