I am having six treatments on my bingo wings with the soprano skin tightening machine. The staff are very friendly and my therapist Sophna explains the process to you and is very helpful. It is quite pleasant experience. I have had three sessions so far and do feel there is an improvement But will see after the sixth. I will be looking at other treatments there in the near future
I have been attednding VGMedispa over the last 6 months for treatments and recently have had a new therapist at the Manchester clinic called Dee. She is truly wonderful. Puts you at ease, gauges your response to the laser treatment and adjusts the settings accordingly. Very warm, friendly therapist.
The reception staff are always lovely - greet you with a smile, accomodate your schedule as able.

Currently having laser hair removal treatment at Birmingham branch.
Pam is amazing and so welcoming every time I go for an appointment. Laura was also great, constantly making sure I was comfortable and ok during treatment. Would definitely recommend.

I see Sobhna for my treatments and I have to say that she fills me with confidence as she cares about my results. I am so glad to say the treatments so far have really worked - so it's not all sales and talk - even though she is a really good saleswoman for her treatments! I am very happy to be seeing Sobhna as it is results that I am interested in and that she cares to deliver.

I have been using the Manchester branch. Been treated by Dee and Kim and they are both amazing. Professional but down to earth - they make you feel really comfortable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had 3 sessions of treatment so far in Richmond Branch with a lovely Sobhna laser therapist.
She is so friendly and has done her job very well. I have already seen the result in my armpit and hollywood area and if it stays like this, it is a dream come true :)

I paid for my appointment in 2015 and until now still not had any treatment as they have cancelled over 10 times!

UPD: Still NOTHING! I have been to their Richmond brunch 3 times already. I have contacted their head office. I have send 10 more e-mail to attract attention. NOTHING! I have nothing else left but to report them. Treating me like a $#*! for my own money!
Since 24th June I am trying to contact them in order to sort something out.
I have called more than 20 times and sent more than 30 e-mails. Silence! Total silence!
I've been to their office in Richmond and they keep saying that they don't have an access to a customer service.
Such a disappointment!

I'm currently undergoing laser hair removal & today was my 3rd visit to the clinic.
The girls that carry out the treatment are really friendly & you feel very comfortable. My 1st 2 appointments I had Dee & today I had Kim both are very nice - which makes a whole lot of difference when you are getting something like laser hair removal as it it so personal!

I have been using the Manchester clinic for back hair removal and I can't recommend this place highly enough.
The facilities themselves are excellent, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful and the lady that performs the treatment, Dee, is superb. She's also friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the results have been excellent.
My initial treatment was with Groupon and I had intended to wait for another deal on there, but my experience so far has meant that I'll be booking my further treatments directly with VGMedispa.

I have been coming to VGMedispa for the last 3 months for laser hair removal treatment. I am extremely happy with the service I have received, particularly from Kim and Dee. I book 6 sessions laser hair removal in Richmond with Sobhna. I had three already and I can clearly see the results. Sobhna is really nice and chatty, she makes you feel comfortable during the sessions for sure!
I was a bit skeptical about going to VGMedispa after reading reviews but I honestly don't understand it as I never had any bad experience in there.

I've had lazer hair removal at the Bristol branch and the staff have been fantastic. They're always professional but friendly and which makes me feel at ease. They really know their stuff and are always more than happy to help. Lovely spacious building and treatment rooms are clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

For the last six months I've been going to VGMedia Richmond for laser treatment. Sobhna was very professional, and after 4 treatments I've noticed positive results. Every time I needed to change my appointment, given expected notice, I didn't have any problems. I can definitely recommend VGMedispa, and I'll be coming back for further treatment
