Have just had my seventh session of laser hair removal & I feel I am now getting to be hair free... staff are lovely & make you feel totally at ease especially Therapy Dee, would totally recommend.
Rosie is an amazing laser hair removal beautician, she reduces pain to minimum with her professionalism and care. She also makes you feel comfortable with her friendly and kind manner and you can relax despite of the nature of the treatment.

The girls (especially Dee) are exceptionay trained and work with you to achieve the results you desire. Would and have recommended to anyone! Without exaggerating it has changed my life as I now dont have to worry about whether my legs are shaved when I when a skirt! Thank you

Thank you for making my visits so lovely! I have had laser hair removal by Rosie and Borysia and both were so nice - the procedure can be a little invasive however the girls have made my visits comfortable and were more than welcoming. I have been to the Manchester branch for a few treatments now. The service I have received is always professional. Dee is a warm, friendly and knowledgeable therapist who I specifically now make my appointments with as a result.
The branch is always clean and tidy with friendly and helpful reception staff.

I don't think it's a coincidence that my review will virtually match that of the persons below, but even more worrying health wise. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON.
I'm going to start at the worst so you don't miss the vital points.
- the lady caught a glimpse of my port wine birthmark (a fairly rare condition which requires specialist treatment) - she asked if it's a rash and I explained that it is a birthmark. She looked at me cluelessly and despite having no idea what it was, told me that I should buy a course for pigmentation. I was quite frankly gobsmacked at how she suggested treatment for something when not knowing what it was, and continued to suggest it throughout my treatment and at my following visit. All treatment I have had in the past has been carried out at a hospital and by a fully qualified doctor- not a beautician and THIS IS NOT PIGMENTATION.
- I told the lady during my patch test that I had had back surgery the previous week and she proceeded to carry out the patch test despite knowing this. I emailed after this asking to change my appointment and again mentioned my recent back surgery - no one replied to my email of answered my calls. I then turned up for my appointment and was luckily told by the receptionist that I cannot have the treatment within 6 weeks of having anaesthetic. I asked why she didnt respond to my email stating this to save me wasting my time. She acknowledged reading my email but couldnt explain why she didnt reply.
It became apparent that the staff are either thick or just want as much money as possible but either way they are clearly not bothered about risking peoples health!
I agree that the receptionist is always moody - acts as though she's doing you a favour just speaking to you.
I've been for two patch tests and both times almost forced in to buying things I don't need - told I should buy another course before I've even started it. Its honestly like walking in to a morgue/ sales room- Staff are so miserable.
Obviously based on the above, I don't even want to start my courses and have asked for a refund. Again calls and emails go unanswered and I will therefore be reporting them to the relevant body as these people are clearly only trained in sales and nothing else.
This manager would not admit to a mistake she made, which was about to make me lose a deposit I had paid. Had Tania from the booking office not called me and completely changed my mind about this company in a positive way, i would be telling people to avoid VG Medispa completely. But thanks to Tania who treated me like a customer, as opposed to a worthless nobody, my faith in this company was restored and I'm carrying on with treatments in a different branch. Never go to the Richmond branch, its manager Paula has no managerial skills let alone any knowledge of customer service. She will not listen to you nor understand your complaints. She repeats a few lines she was taught to say and can't resolve an issue. She should be sacked and glad to see others have complained about her.
I am currently undergoing laser hair removal in the manchester branch. This is my third session with Dee and I am already amazed at the results. I am having my full legs, under arms, face and neck. Dee is very attentive and reassuring during the process! I could not recommend her enough!

I have been having hair removal laser treatment at the Richmond Branch, Sobhna has been my therapist throughout and has given the most efficient and professional treatment by always making sure I am safe and advising me at all times. I have now started a new treatment of Harmony Clearlift 6 wonderful sessions, I have had the first session which went really well, I also have booked 6 sessions of N. I. R skin tightening. Being a mature lady and former smoker Sobhna has her work cut out for her, I have great faith given the good results so far. I am so looking forward to the end results.

I was left looking like I had had a stroke, when I went back I was told point blank nothing she could do and tried to blame it on treatment I had elsewhere over a year ago, rude insensitive not even an offer to try help if you can avoid it do not go to the Leeds salon look elsewhere, I will be seeking legal advice now
I booked through groupon I booked appointment for 1st session they changed 2times appointment again 2nd session also happened 3times I'm very disappointed it's waste of time and waste of money I won't think they will finish 6sessions on that time.

Total waste of time and money.
Richmond branch.
Had soprano ice treatments for Brazilian. TOTAL RIP OFF. They do not treat the area well. DID NOT cover where HAIR ACTUALLY GROWS-where you want it gone! Its a waste of time if you try to tell them they are not covering the area YOU ARE PAYING FOR. Don't even bother contacting customer care to have the issue resolved. They said they would retreat the area and make certain that the clinician I complained about didn't treat me again as I requested: went back to the clinic and the very same person I asked NOT to have was the only one there to continue my treatments. Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never be using VGMEDI spa.
