After having my botox injections, kim did say i might need a top up, but it needs 7-10 days to see how it settles, i rang back after 10 days to add a top up, because first session hadnt worked at all. I was told i could re book with kim after her hoilday. Then the assistant manager rang & left voice mail to say the length of time was to much & i wouldnt be able to come for my free top up, i would be charged, after 9 phone calls back to them, another appointment was never made! Not a professional place at all. Waste of money. Still not answer to my messages!
Very professional staff, always willing to find solutions to help with your treatment. I'm particular I have always found Dee very warm and friendly, always seems to know all her clients names when they come in to the building (without looking at her list)

I have been coming to the Manchester branch for a few months now and have experienced great customer service by Ayesha the receptionist, always welcoming towards me and greeted in a friendly manner. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and put to ease whilst having the laser done. Zainab did a fantastic job today and was very patient with me especially when the laser became quite hot! I've not noticed a huge difference from my past sessions however after today's session and a new technique applied, I feel will have made a huge impact and a big change to my next appointment in 4 weeks time. The setting was increased slightly higher and more time spent to laser away. Zainab is brilliant and I felt relaxed and comfortable with her. I would recommend VGMedispa Manchester to friends and family and continue to use them in the future.

The receptionist and manager are disgusting to people, they have different therapists every time I'm there! There staff turnover is awful! The manager who has awful tattooed eyebrows sits and openly $#*!es about people and staff infront of clients. All the staff speak to clients terribly and also the receptionist and manager have obviously had too many fillers/Botox. Not good ambassadors.
So happy with the treatment! I've had 4 sessions so far with Rosie and I've had amazing results! It's deff worth the pain lol. I was introduced because my mum bought me a groupon voucher for my birthday for 1/2 legs and after my consultation I then paid extra for full body. Even though I'm quite exposed during the treatment, Rosie made me feel very comfortable and not self conscious at all. It's been great chatting to her and getting to know her as well, which is a bonus! My under arm and bikini line hardly grow back at all now and I don't get any ingrown hairs or cysts anymore!

Have been having my laser clearlift face done for 1 year and all my pigmentation is gone and fine lines on forehead have disappeared, all the aestheticians are so nice and cant wait for my next session! Have been to a few of their clinics and they are all very professional.

Wat a service I've recieved,, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere,, my consultant Farah in Leeds was fantastic made me feel very comfortable can't wait for my next appointment Would definitely recommend
I initially purchased a £69 groupon voucher for 6 medium laser hair removal sessions however this has now turned into me adding on 2 more areas after having fabulous results from the start and being made to feel really comfortable by Rosie in the Bristol clinic. They're always super friendly and even though I find it pretty painful it isn't unbearable as it can always be turned up or down if needed and it's over with pretty quickly!

I have similar bad experiance. They are not good with appointments. Also they do not have good attitudes over the phone. This is the worst thing i have done to myself. I noticie that customer care keep asking to e mail to discuss but they wont offer anything useful. Its useless. I am still trying to slove my problem with them. Which is still unsolved. They really do not care if you are happy or not. If my problem was solved i will update my review but still i am wasting my time over calls.

I simply enquired about the service over the telephone as I was interested in lip filler. The receptionist Rebecca was very informative about the procedure and not pushy at all. In fact she was able to offer me a great deal for my first treatment. When I came into the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Hannah. Then I had my procedure with Dr Dara who was extremely professional and did a remarkable job. I would highly recommend VGmedispa Fitzrovia and I will be a return client.
