Disgraceful company, after 6 sessions of laser and over £800 wasted I have NO change and the same hair as when started the treatment, long time ago as they cancelled appointments so many times. The therapist where always different and every single time had to tell them where i was getting the laser done. Requested to see in what settings the laser was and was refused to show. Didnt feel anything during the laser like the machine was hardly working. They ignored my complains and i doubt their "head office" exists, they don't even have a phone number and letters no answered. Dont believe what they say in here, vgmedispa is made to scam people. Their procedures are cheap and horribly done, staff are rude and unefficient. Taking my issue to court after being advised by Consumer rights

Previous bookings were cancelled on the day of appointment twice! From Nov 2016 I bought these sessions 6x lower leg 6x hollywood 6x underarm 6x lower arm included 6x toes with them I only been recived treatment only a couple of times. So my third treatment was booked yesterday.,

What Happened Yesterday:
L was booked in by Charlotte for the 01/05/17 (yesterday bank holiday) at 14:30 to come in, it takes me 1hour 30minutes from Harlow town, Essex and my family has been asking me to go meet up with them for a day out on that day but instead l went to your shop and the shop was shut. When l saw the shop was shut l so angry because l have been waited for 6 weeks for this appoint and wasted a whole day of traveling and paying for train tickets to get there. I have't received any phone calls or messages that my appointment was cancelled and also no apology from them as usual.

This has been a massive disappointment from day 1 and l want a refund for the rest of my treatments as soon as possible.

P.S. L know what your going to say our london shop it was too busy to book but thats no excuse if you cant see people because of demand dont sell you promotion.

I have been going to VGMedispa in Poole for treatment, a rather painful experience but so well worth it. Natasha is an excellent therapist and takes time to put you at ease. Everyone is so friendly and engaging, you are not just another number there, You are remembered by name and spoken to, if passed on the street. This is a little thing, but one that leaves you feeling special. I am very happy with the service, and the 'something special' on top is free and from the heart.
Well done to the team.

This company is a complete sham.
I'm going to their branch in London.
Had 5 laser hair treatment with almost no results. When I tried a new salon I understood why. Normally for holywood you need to spend ~15 minutes on the area - they are done after 1 minute. Unprofessional!

Also appointment booking is not flexible at all. If you need to modify an appointment you might have to wait a few weeks for the next one.

They scam people with Groupon. You'll save money going to a decent place because you'll end doing it anyway. Worst money I spent in my life!

I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection.

I had a Glycolic peel treatment performed in the Poole clinic by Aimee. It was my first one so was a little nervous of what it would be like but it was amazing! Aimee went through the processes and what i was to expect as well as giving me great insight and knowledge into my skin and what other treatment would benefit my skin more! She was enthusiastic, bubbly and professional and I would definitely recommend the poole clinic, the therapist Aimee and the Glycolic Face Peel as my skin feels like a babys bottom and is glowing and has helped massively with my post acne pigmentation spots and blemishes! Thank You!

Do not give this place your money. I purchased a package almost 9 months ago- and have still not had a treatment. On one occasion, I arrived at the venue to be told that they could not give me the treatment as the machine was not currently at the branch. The next appointment was cancelled the day before for the same reason. Eventually they were able to make and keep an appointment for a patch test and were insistent that I would need to pay hundreds more pounds than the original deal. Today I went for my 'first' treatment- arriving 15 minutes early, only to be told that I was in fact 15 minutes too late- which is half an hour earlier than the agreed telephone appointment time.- immediately I was told that to not totally lose the appointemt I was expected to pay ANOTHER £50! These people are liars and schemers! They will take your money and mess you around!
