I have been a customer of VGMedpispa Richmond for the last six months for getting my upper lip and chin laser done.The technician (Sobhna) and the manager are very professional and friendly. I can see some positive results in my treatment. I highly recommend VGMEDISPA Richmond for laser treatments.

I absolutely love the London branch. The girls are so great and full of personality and character and always make me giggle even in embarrassing situations such as lasering my personal areas! Nothing bad to say... might try my lips next though!

Waste of money, all the other negative reviews hit the nail on the head. They definitely speak for me! Basically all staff are useless, there is never any senior staff around. They care more about profit than good treatment. Would like a refund but it would be useless to even attempt it. Thanks for taking my money for literally NOTHING
Birmingham VGMedispa - My experience with laser in the past has been very painful, so I was sceptical at first. I was very pleasantly surprised at how pain free the lasers are at VGMedispa and at how effective the treatment was. I have booked further sessions! The staff are pleasant and friendly, in particular, the manager Karen, who is extremely professional and polite. Sarah, at reception, is efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend the Birmingham Branch!

We are sorry that you weren’t happy with the treatment you received in one of our clinics in 2015. As explained at time of booking there is a strict policy on refunds, and you have been offered an alternative treatment. We are still willing to honour an alternative treatment this year which can be booked any time with the clinic you have visited directly or by contacting [email protected].
Please remember there are two sides to every story, we can’t always comment on each individual case on public forums, as we pride ourselves on our professionalism and confidentiality.

I only have good things to say about VGmedispa. Ive been coming to Fitzrovia for almost a year now.
Everytime i have come into the clinic the girls have greeted me warmly and chatted to me until i am ready to go down.
The therapist i normally have ( kirsty) is very professinal. Its been lovely to have our monthly catch up.
The laser hair removal has worked quickly and ive not shaved for the last 3 months.

All the staff are at VGMEDISPA (Percy St) are welcoming, sincere and friendly especially Kirsty, Hannah and Dara which made my experience all the more pleasant.
When I first went to VGMEDISPA I was anxious and worried that the laser hair removal wouldnt work on me but Kirsty gave me full confidence that it would.
Kirsty were very kind, funny and had a caring attitude. I was able to have a laugh with her. She was always helpful and informed me about what was going to be done in each session. She is a credit to VGMEDISPA, my experience there wouldnt be the same if it wasnt for her.
After 2 sessions I saw a dramatic difference. I wasnt growing a beard no more! So I would recommend Kirsty to all the hairy women out. She will definitely work her magic.

I have been treated extremely unfairly and am very disgusted at the way I have been misled by this company! As a means of rectifying the initial poor customer service I had received, VGMedispa promised me a free laser hair removal session plus a free glycolic skin peel to make amends to the situation at the Richmond brand. When the time arrived for me to arrange a glycolic skin peel I was rudely rejected by their staff! How is this trying to rectify the situation? I mean why offer me something and promise something if you can not fulfill your promise? I am utterly disgusted by this company and would suggest anyone to stay well away and for groupon to stop doing business with this company!

I have been having laser hair removal at VG Medispa in poole for a couple of years now, and have only good words to say. In their previous location, I had fantastic service with different staff, Natasha in particular who is makes you feel at ease especially during a very stressful time for them before they moved and had no manager to man the phones whilst also seeing clients. I have continued to use their services at their new location on Poole high street where both Natasha and Aimee have been fantastic making my appointments hassle free and also Whitney on reception who is always so helpful and makes your experience there great. Well done Natasha, Aimee & Whitney at Poole VG Medispa, very highly recommended!

My whole experience with vgmedispa has been a very positive one. I initially bought 6 sessions of laser hair removal on Groupon, and went on to buy 6 more for another body area after I saw the results. The Groupon made it excellent value for money, and the staff always tell you about the latest offers they have in 'store'.
Made me feel super comfortable and relaxed in what could have been an awkward experience. The results are amazing too!
Firstly laser is not pain free ever! It's just the setting on a low that wasted your session so they scammed you!
Also their small areas is one finger! What?
That's a rip off
One hand is considered a small area in most good honest clinics
They are not able to handle their existing clients and want £39 for a finger laser! Don't get ripped off go elsewhere scam!

So after asking VG Medispa for a refund and giving over a months notice that I would not be attending and wanted a full refund they refused to do so. Apparently their 'policy' is not to refund if you took a special offer. These people are criminals, I have never ever known anything so dodgy in all my life. Their reply to my earlier post looks very nice and twee, but the fact is they are scam artists.

The area purchased on Groupon was extra large with the back option chosen and you paid an upgrade price for shoulders and shoulder blades which is classed as a separate area. Laser hair removal works by destroying the hair follicle whilst it is in a certain stage of hair growth. All hair follicles will be in different stages of growth at any one time so multiple laser sessions are required to ensure the largest percent of hair reduction possible is achieved. We typically achieve 10% reduction per session with top ups then required hence the need for more sessions which we must inform you to manage expectations with results.
The laser that we use requires that clients are cleanly shaven as if the laser catches any hair at surface level a burn can be caused. I understand your frustration in being refused treatment and that the back is a difficult area to shave however we are unable to go around unshaven areas in case any hairs are caught by the laser and so must have a strict no treatment policy to ensure the safety of the client. Clients are advised to shave 12 hours before treatment, we cannot shave on site for hygiene and insurance reasons and due to high sensitivity of skin following shaving which can cause reactions.
I have reviewed your treatment notes and I can confirm both treatments were performed correctly. The lasers that we use (Alma Soprano Ice) are pain free lasers and clients report feeling a prickly sensation or no sensation at all.
In regards to our sun policy, this has been updated and four weeks is now advised either side of sun exposure whilst wearing high factor SPF and partaking in a course of laser and all clients are now being advised of this change.
Our Ts&Cs, that you were referred to on your original booking on 6. 09. 16, state that failure to shave for treatment may result in a lost session.
Your feedback in regards to the service received at the branch has been taken on board and I am sorry you were not informed of the lost session on that appointment and this has been reported back to the Clinic, we are hope that you will take us up on the offer of returning to the clinic.
