The website is useless. I have tried to login a number of times but it keeps displaying an error message. I even made a fresh account and it still wont let me login. A very poorly managed system.

This website is unusable at the best of times. If you actually get to the end and try to pay it is either "appoint is taken" or error. You can never get you appointment.

Why the French government is paying for this service is beyond me. It is giving the French government a bad name, and wasting French tax money

The sole purpose of this company seems to be to extract money from visa applicants who do not have any other option. They provide such pathetic service, it reflects very badly on the country using this company. As an example, they charge money for uploading documents. For uploading documents! Their instructions are written with horrible grammar (5th grader writes them I suppose), is very contradictory and often downright does not make sense. They have the same instructions with slight variations in 10 different places. Which one is right? Nobody knows... I am seriously considering suing this sorry excuse of a company.

I submitted a document to get attested from CGI Sydney.
While submitting, I requested to receive back the attested document in person from their office. The person at counted said that all documents except the "urgent" ones must be send back by post - there was no mention of this condition in their website. They charged me $22 as courier fee.

After a few days, I received the document back though eParcel express post in a small envelope - the cheapest express post service available at Aust Post (which merely costs max $8) - which means $14 rip off. As the envelope was not large enough, they had to fold the document to accommodate. Just not acceptable! VFS must be blacklisted.

This company sucks

Useless customer service, buggy website, constant attempts to upsell on you 'premium' services that you wouldn't need if the actually did the job they are meant to do. Somebody outsourced a gov't department to these guys, and they decided to make money by stiffing the customer. If they weren't a monopoly they'd be out of business. GET RID OF VFS.

Website keeps on giving me "time-out" error, and when you finally finish typing and answering one million questions, the website just logs out automatically. What's even worst is when you call their customer service and all they can say is " I am not answer that question" (yes, that's the exact words the agent told me. I hate dealing with them but I have no choice because all visa appointments/applications to
Denmark is being processed only through them. This is really frustrating. This company should do us all a favor and just shut down for GOOD!

The customer service was great. I wanted to make an OCI application and surrender my passport. The staff was really helpful, Arpita helped me the most. She helped me in the best way possible (other staff was friendly and nice too). The Adelaide office has no internet though for the customers to use. Also, the website is very inefficient.

While ordinary people are trying Wendesday by Wednesday to book appointments to apply for a Poland visa and have to struggle with the webpage blocked (403,500 or 502 server errors), hackers are selling slots for 100 - 200 euro per one slot. VFS does nothing to stop or prevent it.
Taken that about 300 visas are issued daily, one can imagine what turnover of money is here where VFS is likely to be an interested party.

- The government of PM Modi says that they're committed to efficiency, etc. REALLY?
- VFS runs a primitive operation, specializing in taking your money and only slightly in travel assistance.
- I applied for travel documents and VFS responded that a variety of items were missing. Not true, but I resubmitted (+ paid the FedEx charge), including some originals that required notarization. Now VFS responds that I still failed to submit a document on the checklist. Again, not true, and I will need to generate and notarize it again. Phoning to appeal the incorrect decision would cost me $2.48/minute.

I am writing to you about the wrong entry date that you have stamped on my passport for my entry date in Croatia. I have submitted all my documents and my travel details and it is clearly indicated that I will be flying on the 6th of April and will be staying till 10th of April. I have discussed with your VFS associate that I have amended the dates on paper and reassured me that this is not a problem as the Embassy will check all the papers thoroughly but clearly this is not the case. I want to express how very disappointed I am that I have to deal with the consequences of the mistake that I did not do on my end and I am the one suffering from it and I am the one incurring the charges.

I have spoken to one of your customer representatives and she advised me initially to go to London myself. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of time to go London and pay for an expensive train ticket and go through the hassle again when clearly, it was not me who made the mistake. Your alternative was for me to send the passport and documents again but I could not understand why do I need to pay for the courier services for it to be sent back? Why would I take the blame and suffer with this kind of service from you?

I tried ringing the embassy of croatia but could not go through and I asked the number to ring them but no information was given. No one is trying to answer the problem at hand and when I paid for your assistance to help me get all the details correctly. No one is offering a solution that also benefits me. All I received today is apology and that you cannot do anything for me. Even to speed things up or assurance that my application will be a priority was not assured despite the mistakes were made on your end.

They asked me to pay for the courier service both sending it to them and sending it back when they made a mistake putting the wrong entry date for me.

I have used VFS visa application centers multiple times. In one recent experience I used their premium package and the staff member who handled my application some how did not submit my travel medical insurance. Thus, my application was declined.

I have noticed multiple time the staff are rude.

Stay away from this company. The most disorganised service I have ever come across. They don't have centralised communication line. One doesn't listen to the other. Their help line is in India & the service is global. They are not up to their promises. No one takes responsibility for their service. I was promised 5Days to process visa but they hold my passport in Indian Embassy more than 12Days. Holding passport this long is unacceptable & denies the right to move from place to place. If asking for withdrawal of the passport, it takes lengthy process. The sad part is, no one is contactable for sure. Please go to this company to process Indian visa after exhausting other alternative means. Stay away, stay away from VFSglobal to process Indian Visa. Online version of the visa process is great alternative for Australians.

Having waited a week for an appointment I turned up at fifteen minutes early for my 1215pm appointment and the waiting area was ram packed. Standing room only. Very dirty and no room for social distancing. Half the people not wearing masks, kids screaming couldn't hear the tannoy for next person to be seen. Only one screen working showing customer being served. Eventually got served at 1445 over two and a half hours after my allocated time. Out of 22 counters only half were in use.

This company does not deserve any stars.
Horiffic website and spend days for applying to renew passport. Still not working.
Why are they still given the contract. I guess, it all about bribing people to get the contract.
You cannot imagine the suffering these people are giving to indian citizen abroad.
For support call you have to pay $2.8 for a minute. This is extorsion.
