Applied for my mother's visit visa for Uk from Pakistan. Got our passport back with no visa and absolutely no explanation why it has been refused. Total waste of time and money
AFTER APPOINTMENT DETAILS COMPLETION AND WHILE PAYMENT IT DOES NOT GIVE TIME TO EVEN PUT OTP - WHOLE TRANSACTION DISAPPEARS AND IF WE CHECK ON DASHBOARD TO CONFIRM THE TRANSACTION, IT SHOWS NO TRANSACTION UNDER PROCESS - WHILE RETYPING AGAIN WITH ALL THE DETAILS RESUBMITTED - ITS A TIRING AND PAINFUL - IT DOES'NT END HERE AS MESSAGE APPEARS AND WHICH DISPLAYS THAT CHECK AFTER 5 HOURS AS YOUR REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS
This whole process has been a complete nightmare! The VFS website offers online booking and online chat capabilities but NEITHER ARE FUNCTIONING. So in order to book an appointment or get help you have to phone. Which would be fine except that 9 times out of 10 (literally - I counted!) the call isn't answered. Instead, after endless automated messages and waiting, the phone disconnects before you get to a representative. And when you do eventually get through (many hours later in my case), you find yourself at a call centre - in Mexico! So much for the website telling me I'm calling VFS in New Zealand and providing a NZ phone number. The representatives are limited in how they can help and have such strong accents they're almost impossible to understand. There is no way to contact any of the staff or administration at VFS Global itself - and the 'tracking system' only tracks when your visa application leaves VFS Global, and when it arrives back - nothing in between, no progress updates, no ETA. I am 3 days from leaving the country and I haven't had my passport returned to me. And there is no one I can contact to help me track it down. Beyond stressful and frustrating!
VFS global is a Mafia. They force you to pay 500 for a visa service by not providing appointments or wank-ins within a 90 day period process. They are rude, unhelpful, uncooperative. Their information is confusing, out of date, and full of misinformation. You can't apply for a visa sooner than 90 days and the consulate takes 3 to 10 weeks to process the application, so what that means is you must apply on the 90th day. Then pay 500 in addition to all the other charges if you want the consulate to have enough time for process the visa. That's called a mafia service, giving you no other option then to pay their extortion fees.
I applied Visa to France for my family of five via VFSGlobal. I paid the money for their services but there was no appointment registered.
I called their helpline many times (and they talked nicely but never response or trying to solve my case), sent many emails (got auto response that they will reply within two working days). However, i never received any reply.
It's a month already and i had to file a complaint with bank via credit card dispute channel but I am not sure if i can get my money back or not.
Does anyone facing the same issue/problem with vfsglobal? And where should i contact to get the problem solved.

VFS is probably the worst company in the world. I have tried to book an appointment for the past three weeks and could not find a spot. Their worthless webpage and customer service are inaccessible. I would have given it a zero rating if it was possible—all in all a horrible experience with this hopeless company.
Why the embassy works with this scammers maybe because they are from Dubai or they have money laundry, they are thiefs
Logging in to your website is very complicated and unfriendly to the users. You should be here to help, not to complicate things. Go invest some money that you charge to upgrade your poor website.
I have not been able to track my passport renewal application since day one. Went to their office to complain about they same which is 200 miles away from where I live and the gave me fake promises that they will sort it out but it's almost been a month and a half and it's still down. They said they will take it up with their technical team and will sort it out. After two days received an email from their office saying my online tracking is working when checked it was still the same. Emailed back but they didn't bother replying to me. Email again after 7 days but no reply. They don't care about your passport which is one of the most important documents. They charge a lot but their service is zero. Their call center is also same. They charge $10 for your call and the call center executives don't have a clue about your application because they don't have a system in place. I wouldn't want to deal with vfs if Indian embassy would take my application directly but we are forced to go through VFS. May be it's another scam.
The appointment time does not have any value be prepared to wait hours post your appointed time with no supervisor in site to ask for help or complain.
Folks, if you pay 125 PLN for return VFS Courier Service delivery (VAC Warsaw), prepare for the worst nightmare with Tracking number and no coherent replies from VFS to your inquiries. VFS Employees do not care and it shows. 2 business days "standard email response time" advertised on their website turns into anywhere from 4 to 11 days. Language is a major issue. Employees are NOT fluent in English. It is either that or VFS employees are deliberately responding in such a way as to obfuscate the issue and trick the customer into a repy which would absolve them from any responsibility for the documents entrusted to their care. Its shocking that Immigration Canada keeps such a terrible company as their contractor. Be aware and good luck.
This is absolutely the worst company to deal with... Communications are horrible to non-existent... way understaffed to be able to handle the workload of providing visa services to 65 countries... with waiting lists for appointments several months out... It's totally ridiculous... Any country that deals with this incompetent entity should be embarrassed. Totally worthless company.
The f**ckers (pardon my language) charged my card 25$ for some website issues on their own end! I don't know why do we have to go through this middle agent than directly dealing with the government officials. Its all BullS**t, I am really pissed by their services.
Unprofessional. Could not differentiate in the tracking number betweeen a zero and an "O". After 3 weeks of being unable to track the application, upon calling they said that there is no O whereas in the email number we received --the zero and "O" are defintiely different. AWFUL!
I'm having the most terrible service with this company. I have been waiting for my password for 1 month and I still didn't get it back! There is NO WAY to get in touch with the Miami office and the when I called the call center the gentleman I spoke to lied to me and said that my passport is in their office and it will be delivered in 2 days. When I called again they said that he can't have access to that information. I asked to speak to a manager and THERE IS NO MANAGER IN THE OFFICE!
Very bad service honestly do not for it please they are asking for more money which is not required
This organisation has an exclusive arrangement to provide biometrics data for the Australian Government, but is out of its depth, The only way of making booking is through a website which cant take bookings.
Strange you my think. But this is absolute fact. For two weeks i have been trying to make a booking.So have friends.
I dont know what the Australian government were thinking appointing a private foreign company to gather super private biometrics. Let alone one that doesn't have the capacity to do this.
How hard is it to take booking? All you need is a phone and a person to answer it?
So how do i get biometric data for a visa?
Do i have to go to the media and ask the same questions?
Worse service i have ever seen. I don't know why CANADA embassy is choose this VFS service to send documents. They wont answer calls or respond either.
They cannot cancel your application, cannot fix website glitches, and even deny facts clearly stated on the website (customer service claimed there is not centre in LA while clearly there is one.)
