Purchased outdoor fan it rusted so bad it was not funny no reply?
Purchased a Vevor potato french fry cutter i sent it all to Vevor and they said send broken suction cups back and they would replace. No address or any info so i gave up.
My Food Warmer / Hot Box stopped working after 6 months of use, so far they haven't replaced it or determined what the problem is all the while its created a work stoppage for me. Now they want me to send a video of it not working. How do I show other than in the video that it is not getting hot? I have told them countless times now that it is not getting hot but comes on as if its working properly but it does not get hot. They want me to upload a video but when i do it tells me the video is to big, how do you shrink a video in size that they are the one's asking for to see. Then I have to use some 3rd party site to upload it to as they don't have an internal repository for the uploaded video. Its been extremely frustrating and awfully terrible dealing with this company for support on their own equipment.

I ordered the stainless steel boiling pan with separate reservoir for adding sap. It came very quickly. Packaging was secure. All parts were present. Assembly was minimal and easy. The thickness of the stainless steel was heavier than I expected. I noted no warping due to direct flame impingment. The added reservoir was very handy as it allowed me to "meter" the flow of sap being added. One comment to prospective buyers: Be aware that the discharge valve and temperature gauge could potentially be exposed to flame depending on your set up. As my old pan had neither of these, I had to modify my fire pit to protect the valve and thermometer
I've bought so many things from Vevor and nothing has let me down or been less than expected. Most recently, purchased a pop up tent for business. Came quickly, great price, quality stellar, and it was easy to move around and set up. I always check Vevor when looking for something. I really want the cotton candy maker next.
Bought a digital vacuum packing machine, and the heating element does not work right out of the box. Wrote to customer service, sent the request video of it not working said wait 1-3 business days for response. Response was to offer $114 for a $300 machine. Said this is not acceptable and asked for a full refund or a new machine and have not heard from customer service. Holding back my business. Having to reach out for updates. Will be sharing this information and filing complaints until this issue is fixed.
I simply tried to by a product today, but was unable to proceed because it said my address was wrong. How stupid is that. My address has worked for 28 years and some silly robot tells me it was not right? Then I tried to get help in the live chat, which was another 15 minutes, wasted with a robot. I called the phone number (not toll free), and they said there were twelve people in front of me. I then tried emailing and they/it could not verify if I was a human or not. Nothing went even close to normal today trying to spend $200.00 on a product. I don't even know if this business actually exists, of if it is legit. It may be a robot. One thing is for sure, it/they/whatever, is not interested in selling the products shown on the website. Total confusion and a waste of time on my first order. They have no idea what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" means. Have no part.

It took my awhile to put together because nothing lined up just right but you can't beat the design. I plan on growing lettuce and radishes and other veggies for this hydroponic system and if I am successful then I will definitely be getting a bigger system.
