I needed to install hand rails on 3 and 4 step stairs leading into my house to comply with new city ordinances. Rails were affordable, look good, and were easy to install with 3/8th inch Red Head concrete anchors. Unable to use provided metric anchors as I could not find metric sized masonry hammer drill bits in my town. Might as well leave them out or include a drill bit.
As advertised- no issues had it working same day as arrived.
Such a wide variety of products, always find what I am looking for.
Ordering was easy and they had just what I was looking for, a rolling cabinet with drawers.
Low prices and unbelievably quick shipping is almost too good to be true. But it is.
I was surprised when the product arrived even before their expected delivery date. The rails look wonderful and were simple to assemble and install with two people.
A simple instructing using the concert bolts would have been helpful. You simply drill your holes, set the rail in place, and tap the bolts down, and tighten.
Ordered 4 refrigerant tanks, these tanks are not DOT approved, wanted to return the tanks immediately but customer service had to wait 48 hrs to verify my issues. 30 day hassle free warranty is a joke, has been nothing but a hassle.

I was looking for a 48" sheet metal bender. The price for the bender I got was less than 1/2 of competitors. When I came to the site, the item was out of stock, but it had a notify option. This is definitely great as I probably wouldn't come back to check for available once I leave the site. I got a notification a few days later of the item becoming available. Purchase went through smoothly.
The reason for 3 stars and not higher is due to packaging. The item is over 50lb heavy, but it was package with very light weight Styrofoam and medium weight box. There was a big giant hole in the box when it arrive and all of the styrofoam was in crushed pieces inside. There are multiple spot where you can clearly see damage. All this did not impact the functionality so I didn't go through return or exchange.
I had to rip everything out and throw it away. The membrane that is glued to the base was peeling off. And the wall membrane came loose even after waiting 3 days after gluing

I bought this as a present for my son's wood shop. He loves it! He says it is keeping his shop so much cleaner. The only drawback is the air filter size is not common. Well worth the money.
