Very happy with the whole experience, choosing, paying, shipping and opening and using the products

I have bought 4 items in the last 6 months and been very happy with the quality of the items. One of the items I had a problem with and they resolved it very quickly with no issues.

Purchased "still " arrived 2 days after purchase arrived in perfect condition, instructions very helpful. All in all very good experience. 👍

Got the cage at a great price. It was shipped and received very quickly. I removed the packaging and put it on my forks. Fit great, all the chains worked, and it seems very sturdy. I haven't used it yet but will in the very near future and am confident it will do the job.

Good little vice, i use the screw tightening mounting method. Since it is all metal it hold very securely to the table.

The only issue I had was I asked the chat a question and it said it wasn't available and coustormer service found it

Ordered a Bain Marie food warmer, which didn't work the moment we plugged it in right out of the box. After trying for weeks to contact the number and email address provided on the instructions that were included (to no avail), I reached directly out to the company. After 3 weeks of emails going back and fourth, they kept asking for something new every time (video files to show it's not working, pictures of the model number plate) the company finally asked me to open the bottom of the unit to see if any of the wires were not connected. This is after mentioning that they "test every unit before it leaves the factory" and blaming me saying I should try different sockets, or I could have burnt the unit out, after already mentioning in the original email that I had already tried different outlets, and already had water inside the unit so it couldn't be burnt out from the first use out of the box. Upon opening the bottom of the unit (I shouldn't have to fix your own product for you, and one of the screws was already stripped from being screwed in too tight during production), I noticed a cable was in fact loose, and thankfully I have limited experience fixing electronics and was able to reattach the cable (basically works the same as a speaker wire connection). The other 3 wire connections were loose as well so I tightened them.
So yeah, if you order from this company I hope it works right out of the box, because the hoops they make you jump through when it's not working is absolutely ridiculous. 50 bucks says, now that I've opened the bottom of the unit, I've voided my warranty.

I was nervous about the quality of the product and ordering and not receiving anything. The communication was fantastic from the beginning to delivery and the product was a quality piece.

I recently received a paint sprayer from Vevor that I plan to use for outdoor use. Comparing the specification with other name brand paint sprayers I decided to go with is Vevor model because of superior specs and lower price. I haven't used it yet to comment on my experience using the sprayer.

I have not had the opportunity to use it as of yet but I look forward to it.
