AWESOME, we changed our 5 burner gas stove into a griddle NOW I have THE product to place over top of it when not in use AND is additional space to temporarily sit items.

The pond aerator pump is up and running. Works great so far. Definitely working better than the Highblow 120LL ever did. Time will tell, so far so good.

First order went great, 2nd I got a defective item that just needed a part and I agreed for them to just ship me the part. It never showed up, tracking showed it traveled around china ( going to USA) and was returned to shipper for no reason. They then gave me a runaround on why they couldn't reship it even though it was their fault. Ended up with a slight refund after I threatened to send it back at their cost.
Decided to try again since things happen. They gave me a tracking number that states UPS received my package but that is the last update in 12 days. They keep extending the date that I have to wait until to see if it arrives, (all for a $50) item and refuse to send a replacement or give a refund. I filed a PayPal dispute 2 days ago and have not received a response. I will be filing a fraud dispute with my bank Monday.

I discovered after I received the item that the hitch receiver is exactly 1.9 inches, and does not work with a standard 2-inch hitch, so the item is practically useless. I will have to have a hitch custom made, at considerable expense and inconvenience. I should have paid slightly more and purchased the correct product from a supplier that specializes in this type of equipment. My mistake, will not buy from Vevor again.

Stand is solid and have been happy with it functionally but mine got beat up in shipping. The box it ships in lets a lot piece slide around and my stand got many deep scratches and one of the pipes is bent and unusable for the hand break.

Item was shipped quickly, and fits as it should, the only thing about this item is u bolt should have been included.

I purchased an awning last year that was too long and the company would not accept a return. I did not keep the receipt, so I purchased another one just recently and it is actually too short. Last year's awning measured 16', so I ordered a 15' awning which measures 14' 2". I put the shorter one on anyway and now I'm stuck with a perfectly good 16' (which is probably considered a 17') awning.

I am very happy and impressed with my outdoor 10 x 10 shed. The process to purchase was very simple and easy and the price was good as well. It also arrived sooner that I was told. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These are things that require a relatively small effort on your part. How difficult would it be to write manual?

I bought a stainless-steel sprayer. The strap that is used to hold it on your back broke immediately. I've sent pictures and multiple emails only to be given the runaround about why it cannot be resolved. Why have a warranty when you don't honor it?
