I really like the tools that I recently purchased, they really affordable, and the designed for smaller size and footprint, whe placement is a priority. I am absolutely happy with my purchases, and I am planning on getting more of the jewelry line of products that you carry. But unfortunately I have one complaint l wish can be resolved by vevor. I purchased a rolling mill machine from a 2nd party selling your products, I'm happy with my purchase, but unfortunately one of the two smaller gears for the either increasing the size or reducing the size of opening for inserting like silver for either reducing or changing the size. Well per ebay I contacted the party through ebay about a broken part, well due to it being manufactured in China, the part I would guess is their, but due to Chinese holidays, there is a delay in sending replacement part, l have had to wait the whole month of February before they can send the part to me.
It would very much behoove you (vevor) to carry replacement parts for all of your products so that we may order parts if necessary or just spares to have handy, just in case for circumstances like this. Thank you, Emma Sutton

I placed an order fo a stainless steel kitchen workstation on wheels for 2 of my daughters for the outdoor pizza oven I gave them for Christmas.

This is the second time I've purchased a cargo net for my trailer and I'm very impressed with the value, quality, and functionality of the products.

When set up tried adjusting the air pressure and gauge did not work needle stay at zero.

The quality and price are great, shipment was quick and packing was not damaged.

After ordering from Vevor, I was bombarded with ads from a number of companies. Not only that, but Vevor also sent numerous ads. The tool worked satisfactorily, but the ads were an incredible nuisance. As a result, I will never order from Vevor again, nor will I recommend them.

Bought a water flow monitor and auto shut off device directly from them- did not work, poor instructions and useless customer support just resending the installation manual. At least 10 emails later still no return label and refund.
If you really have to buy their stuff use Amazon at least you can ship it back if not working. I've informed Better Buisness Bureau about their tactics

After purchase of this product I received no follow up. My screen froze and was unable to copy the order.
A follow up would of made me more secure in my overall experience.
Ps I bought 2 product a week apart but not from the same company and both had the same issue!

I have purchased three items to date. Quality seems to be very good. Shipping was very fast. No damage and everything was in the box.
