Products slightly damaged in shipping. No help and passed the buck. They didn't help at ALL. Customer service is slow and almost non-existent. They're great until you have an issue. Weeks to even get an answer.
Update: Once this post was made they changed there stance on support and decided to give me a refund instead. All I wanted was replacement parts to start with. It is a quality product that had some damage.

My item shipped quickly and appears to be of high quality, but I have not used it yet. The price was within my price range and the best that I found while doing my search.
Originally, I purchased two of the smaller popcorn machines and they were too small for my use so I contacted customer support. They gave me a credit and I ordered the next size up, which was absolutely perfect for my application.
