Most of what I purchased was good quality but not the best it's like buying at harbor freight

So far the items purchased have worked ok. VEVOR is a bit slow getting the items shipped, but I guess that's average too. I get tired of the flooding of spam emails.

Product as described, quick delivery, tools to assemble not adequate, as shelf brackets were too tight when trying to fit into posts. Had to use my own hammer along with the dinky hammer they supplied. Overall works well and a good price.

Bought it online and received it two days later. That was nice. Hooked it up with no problems to two 12 volt 114 amp hour EverStart batteries. It works good on grid power now and the screen shows everything is being monitored ok. 13.5v input - 122v output, battery level full bars, 23 Celsius and a big smiling sun face! I'm a happy camper. Would highly recommend this unit for a sump pump back-up unit. The price was also the best on this site.

Everything except return policy is excellent. With on-line shopping, there are some case that the product is somewhat different from what I expected. So I wish Vevor accepts exchange with these reason.
In my case, I ordered 8 seats sport bench, but after I received it, I regret that I didn't order 6 seats as 8 seats are bulkier that I thought. Otherwise, I tend to shop at local store as much as possible as I can see the product before buying.

Their equipment is garbage and they refuse to issue a refund. They continue to give excuses and everything they say is an additional 1-3 days. Their no phone number to call. Only a chat that responds hours later. Avoid this company at all costs.
