Vevor sells low quality products at a high end retail price. The products don't last and since it is not made in the US there is no product support, either literature or parts, it's not repairable either!
Don't be fooled it won't last!
I got maybe $50.00 worth of ice out of the machine before it dropped dead. They advised me to have a local repair shop fix it, good luck!

I purchased vevor ice machine and at one year old the unit quit making ice so it seems to be out of warranty. Warranty starts on day of purchase so if it takes a month to get you now only have 11 months. This machine is very poor quality when it only last one year That's what I get for buying something not made in USA

I purchased an oven from vevor over a year ago, the oven doesn't work. I have 100 emails of going back & forth being told lie after lie... still no refund! Rated an F with the BBB. Listed as a scam company with PayPal. Shopify does there customer service if you want to call it that & their bank Worldpay are all part of the scam. Run false advertisements, delete all bad reviews on social media, they also write some of their own good reviews

They did not send me the product as listed on website but something else and then refused to return.

Fake descriptions to the items they said that the order will be delivered from chez republic and after you pay they ask for more money because it wiil be delivered from china!

I have bought several items from them, including ice machines. Items are cheap, as the price shows. But, they don't work long---and they don't stand behind their items. Warranty is a joke. A Class Action Suit is needed!

Missing part no reply to emails an no contact number very disappointing will not recommend this business needs sorting

Bought a water zorb off of them and the zipper came broken, along with the pump. They aren't even considering giving me a refund even though they sent me garbage. They are not helpful whatsoever and just steal from you…

If I could give your company a 0 star I would. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 months. Now you want a PayPal which I do not have. You refuse to issue a check. I can never get a hold of someone on the phone. I get the same response from the emails I send. Do not order from them. Save your time and money.

Bought drywall sander and received a low quality Chinese product that was falsely advertised and doesn't compare to similar product from other brands. Tried to return, and the offshore support team straight up refused because the product wasn't broken. The website policy clearly stated free return within 30 days. This is an absolute joke and their garbage customer team is pretty useless.

Glad I read the reviews before purchasing. Alarm bells were already starting to ring when their customer service number could not answer a simple question i. E. whether an item was in stock. Tried calling some of their other overseas branches in Australia and the US and it diverts back to a UK number. Needless to say, but I won't be making a purchase.

Ordered 3 pc of the same item. Each cost 31$. They delivered 2. They ask to take pictures. Then they send you a questionnaire. Then they do an "investigation " into what and how it happened. In mean time you are waiting for your item and waiting your weekend on answering their questions. 5 emails later they ask if I want the item or refund. I say: "please send the last item that I paid for". Last email, refund it is, this item is not available. What? Mind you they gave me the option of refund or the item. And they make you feel like it is your fault that they screwed up. No, no, no. Stick to Amazon or Wayfair. I can't imagine if the item cost more than 31 dollars. Horrible company to deal with. Never again

Bought a drywall sander. Arrived missing a vital part for the extraction.
They promised to send the part, then said it was out of stock.
6 weeks later I have no working sander and no refund.
They now ignore emails.

Terrible company.

These guys are very skilled with photo shop software. My product does not look anything like the pictures. The tolerances are laughable. The welds are second rate and lots of sharp edges. Don't even think about leaving a review... because you can't unless it is 4 or 5 stars. Please look elsewhere.

The product itself is well worth a 4 or 5 star rating, however, the company practices deceptive advertising. They claim to offer 30 day returns, but only if they approve the reason. The rails did not fit properly on my pool, so I was willing to pay return shipping or even accept a credit toward another product. I was told that the return fee would be $120 for EACH of the 2 handrails that I ordered. I'd rather throw them out. I won't be doing business with Vevor EVER again

I purchased the powder bag filling machine on Amazon. It arrived on May 5th and never worked. I called customer service who told me someone from China will email me. That happened 3 weeks later, they asked for a video. I sent this to them the same day and got a receipt email from them. Have heard nothing since then. Typical stalling tactics, absolutely shocking customer service.

They will provide great service during the warranty period, even if our product has been used for half a year, they still send you a new product. That is very good after-slae service.

Bought multiple items had problem with two, one was misrepresented hard time contacting cs BUT VEVOR did make it right. Other item being a food item had contaminated food with METAL CHIPS! Being this item was not that expensive I tossed it into the garbage not worth TRYING to contact cs. VEVOR been ignoring my emails about why it won't let my purchase 500$plus in garden items, part of the no cs by email is any reply is NEVER same cs so one has to explain over and over and after a few times of this they literally will ignore any and all future emails.
