We ordered this manual tea cup sealer, to start with, It was a quick delivery, and easy to put it together. It took a few tries and a little practice to perfect the sealing. We are using the 24 oz PP cup and got the the PP sealing film. Once you figure out the right temperature, it is just a 5 second seal... and my son learned it quick as well.
Purchased a 1 stage vacuum pump. After setting up and using the recommended oil, exhaust valve blew across the room. Cannot use with the provided exhaust filter now. Then until began overheating and oil started bubbling up out of the intake valve! It boiled up through the tube and ruined my product.
After multiple contacts with customer service (they could not open my video like via YouTube, banned in China?) I needed to upload tmvia on of their preferred companies. After going through all of this along with detailed description of what is wrong with this defective unit, they are still requesting video and descriptions. This is a sham company putting out cheap Chinese with no recourse for the customer.

However we have the bike, have rode it three times, after the second ride, the seat won't stay up after adjusting it, the bike is wobbly & it feels unbalanced. I made a big mistake buying from here. The bikes are cheap & poorly made and they have bad customer service. I either need to trash it or sell it, I'm not sure if I can get a refund or not...very disappointed

I had a specific purpose for these and it was to elevate artificial grass off of a paved section of the yard. This is an area that my pups like to use to go to the bathroom. I wanted to be able to wash down the artificial grass and allow the water to flow out from under the grass. It worked as I expected. The tiles were easy to snap together and create that space I needed. Unfortunately the pics are to large to upload.
Bought 4500 psi air compressor for my benjamin air rifle. Pump looked Excellent and perfect for what I needed.
Purchased what I was lead to believe was new rubber ramps for my handicapped son. Received box only to discover white and red paint spots on them. Sent back pictures and all I get is that it may take up to three days to get a decision. Son needs the ramps to get out of the house. Terrible business ethics.

We are a new startup landscaping company. So, we're still finding our preferred vendors and products. Vevor knocked it out of the park for us! We recently purchased several large rolls of landscaping fabric from Vevor and received them quickly! The products exceeded our expectations. We will by buying from Vevor again!
I asked to send it back to get a replacement I got offered 200. An keep it then 500.00 an keep it then 1200.00 an keep it when I paid 1868.00 for a broke piece of crap thay won't take back. Look up at the law suits thay got on them before u buy from them.

Asked for a replacement but they keep asking me for video or pictures. I already sent them pictures and now they want a video. I had to unplug it and put it away because afraid of fire hazard. And now they want me to hire an electrician to check it out. Almost 2 weeks now still no resolution. I went and bought a new one from a different company. Worst customer service

SCAM! DON'T GO WITH VEVOR
They are scam they playing game with you the oven I ordered from them is heating none stop metal burning and won't shut off and they offering me partial refund wich is a complete joke everything look great yeah but they sending already weak or broken items to costumers that's the point so if you want a replacement this is a MISTAKE DON'T buy this chinese scam you don't want anything from them PERIOD

I got scammed.
I bought a shelf from Vevor.com on April 1. It never arrived. When I contacted Vevor, Kevin shrugged off my concerns and my order. He told me I should be more careful next time. There will not be a next time. He claims to have proof of delivery, but provided nothing and offered no help locating my shelf.
DO NOT BUY fron Vevor.com.
Greatest gift for my hubby ever! He was forging knives with a wood fire for a couple years. But with this ine it cuts the time more than half and definitely amazing value!

Bougth a slush machine the plastic mixer broke. Tried to get a replacement talked to my seller and the resppnse I receoved was that they did not sell replacement parts. Told me to try to get ir locally but never told me who o where I could purchase the part. Tried to get part in china with no posibility. They asume whe have to throw away the machine. Customer support is only a forwardind message call center do not expect a solution.
I ordered the green house and all the pieces were not there. You can not get anyone in customer service. This is a scam company! When you call and press 1 or anything it automatically hangs up on you.
It's all fake, I've asked for a return label and nothing but crickets.
Purchased a chain and binder kit with 2 binders and 2 20 foot 5/16' chains. They sent the wrong chains and tell me they don't see a difference. The photo I will attach shows there chain on the left and my chain on the right that I purchased several weeks ago from a different vendor. Buy south Australian in future and by pass vevor if you can.can't test product I paid for can't make sense out of vevor when the courier company is insured for loss...vevor pay more money out it's five weeks of crap from you and the courier company safe way couriers...
I ordered a 4500 PSI - PCP compressor online from Vevor. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The compressor was used sparingly and the manufactures instruction manual was followed to a "t". It began intermittently shutting down well before the cutout pressure was achieved. I contacted Vevor regarding the defect which occurred well within the stated one year warranty period. I requested a replacement or an exchange.
They strung me out, requesting numerous photos documenting this and that. I obliged. They finally offered a $20~ refund as a token settlement so that I could "get if fixed locally". No one locally would work on it stating that "it is a throwaway compressor". I re-contacted Vevor and related what I was told by the repair facility. They then offered $40~ as a token adjustment. I responded as I had before, requesting either a replacement or an exchange.
ONE DAY AFTER the warranty expired, I received a follow up email from Vevor stating, and I quote, "We believe this is the best offer that we made since the item has been used for a long time". I again replied that this was unacceptable and requested the same thing as I had previously, replacement or an exchange. I received no response from Vevor.
Subsequent to this exchange I contacted Visa, the charge card that I used for the purchase, and filed a claim. Visa denied the claim stating; "Regretfully, your claim is not eligible for payment for the following reason(s): The item failure occurred outside of the coverage period." In other words the initial problems occurred during the manufacturers stated one year warranty period, which the manufacturer failed to honor, and so Visa managed to weasel their way out of the claim as well. And so, I am stuck with a defective compressor and am out of pocket by Three Hundred Dollars and change.
I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Vevor not to do so. Their product (at least in this case) is inferior and their warranty is not worth the price of the paper that it's printed on.
