Does not honor warranty!

I purchased a canopy and put it up same day it delivered with the stakes provided. Within 24 hours the wind got it and took it and ripped a foot long tear in roof. I called customer service and have been given the run around. The offered me $50 after several days. I paid $200 for canopy. Canopy is supposed to be one year warranty. Today I was offered $112. What?!? I just wanted another canopy sent?! And I was going to stake it down with better stakes than they provided. ONE YEAR warranty?!? They haven't even honored a 24 HOUR warranty!

UPDATE: You see the little response they posted? I already stated I had been emailing multiple times and was offered $50. Then offered $112. After continuing to email and DEMAND FULL REFUND they finally said Oh okay we will refund the full amount" Literally had to email soooooo many times to get my money back! They told me to "go buy another one at a local market"

Cheap quality, really poor customer service

I bought a large planter box that required assembly. I'd rate it as "ok but not great." It's plastic that looks like wicker, and I read the reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. It was tricky to put together with really insufficient instructions. The "reinforcement strips" meant to keep the sides from bowing out all broke either during installation or when filling the planter with soil. They broke very easily and obviously wouldn't have been able to do their job anyway. So my planter looks great except it is slightly bowing out on the sides, and I will probably have to gerryrig something to keep it from breaking.

In addition, their customer service STINKS. I had a problem with my original order and cancelled it—or at least I thought I did. I then established a new account and reordered the item. I wouldn't have reordered it if I didn't think my original order was cancelled. (There's no way I have room for two of these.) When I contacted customer service, they said I could return it if I paid $42 for the shipping label! Further, there is NEVER anyone to answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time or day you call, you get the same recording saying they have too many calls and to try again later. Your only option is to use the chat window on their website, which is really glitchy. It freezes and doesn't let you reply. You have to keep reloading the page, which half the time ends the chat, at which point you have to get in line again and wait for another CSR, who doesn't know anything about your previous conversation.

Missing items
June 23, 2023

I ordered an electric wench and it did not come with what it claimed in the description. I contacted customer service and they had to have the "technician" review the issue. They said it was separate but it's not supposed to be according to the package content. I hope they take care of this issue! If I would have known this was going to happen I would have gotten the item on Amazon! I do not recommend this company! They don't do the right thing!

I bought a 3L milking machine for my goat. The directions were clear as mud. Did finally figure it out. Hooked it up to goat. Milk began squirting out the front of it. Machine quit working. Tried again later. Milk came out the front a very little went in the bucket. It took forever to get to customer service. Sent a video of machine not working at all. Waited several days and the response I got was machine was for sheep not cows the excess milk squirting out was from it being full. It wasn't full nor used on a cow. I doubt I'll ever get a refund.

I ordered an adult trike. Upon putting it together the hole for the screw was incorrect size. I contacted customer service and sent all pictures and explanation. They take forever to get back to you and just keep asking for more information. It's really ridiculous. Took a chance to order from a different company than Amazon and regret it completely. Horrible customer service!

Worst service

I did buy a sewer camera from them, the timen stopped working while in use. I had to go rent a different unit and it ended up cost me a lot of money. They are refusing to refund me and this has been a on-going situation and now I feel it's time to start sharing this poor service so people can stop buy from them!

I bought a commercial processor on 12/2022. I purchased an additional 5 year warranty at the time as well. It was broken by 5/25/2023. I contacted them. First off they are by far the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. They only communicated me through emails. They use broken English (Chinese company). They asked me to send them videos and pictures. After everything, their solution was to send me a switch and they expect me to install the switch. What a joke of a company. Do not buy anything from them. This is the service they provide if anything goes wrong. And it is bound to go wrong

Advertisement says there is a 30 full refund policy, but they refused to honor it. Originally they offered me a refund that cost me approximately 40% of the purchase price. When we accepted it they only offered us 25% of the purchase price. We continuously have asked for a shipping label or at least an address to return the item and they refused to provide it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Purchased roof rack with their fitment saying it would fit, wrong one sent I don't have a rain channel to lock into. Customer service is a third party, When I was able to get thru I waited 1 and half hours. They sent back recommendations to replace product with the correct one.
Jenes then sent me he needed the SKU and pictures of the box. There are no SKU on the box just UPS labels. Stalling tactic. I tried both ways to put them into the channel and it (channel) isn't wide enough, and one side has chalk from the factory making the channel wall side half the height. Told me since the rack is complete I would have to pay the shipping back to them.
Refuses to understand after 5 or 6 pictures it won't fit on my van. I Asked to send different mounting plates with bolt holes to bolt into roof. Not happy I would not deal with them again and will post this to as many sites warning that this company has the worst service and from my experience

I bought a retractable garden hose and it was missing important parts included the nozzle. The hose that connects to the tap was missing the end all together and after sending in the photos, their response was they will investigate which will take several days. I just wanted to return it and they would not do it even with all the photos I sent.

Placed an order, a week went by and it still wasn't shipped. I sent the email, bounced back, due to email no exitance. Tried to contact online - should be 24/7 service, no its not, chat is not real, fake, look at the screen shot i included.
So its 100% a scam, stay away, order somewhere else, anywhere.
