I ordered a inverter. Missed the remote control and other small parts in listing webpage. I contacted seller, first time, seller don't check the listing page; and ask me take photo from manual show the parts listing, after two weeks, response "this item don't have these parts". Waste both time. If in Amazon, just one chat.
I checked reviews on internet. I find lots same case like me. Don't buy from this website.
By the way, the qualify of inverter is bad. I only run a 15w device. The display show 60w. I run 120w devices, it shows around 300w. I don't know the 5000w inverter, the real wattles

I request to free return. First person ask me wait 24hrs, after 24hrs, the second person ask to wait a few hrs.; after a few hrs., the reply jump to check missing parts; the third person ask to wait 24hrs, then no response.
Should've read reviews before I foolishly ordered anything from Vevor. Ordered a piece of equipment advertising I'd have it in 3 days. We're on Day 16 without it and I've been told I need to be patient twice as if I'm being unreasonable expecting someone to uphold their end of a deal. Some of us have deadlines to meet and count on accurate shipping dates. They sure as hell do not. I wouldn't urinate on this company to put out a fire

Vevor is a great place to buy tools and much more, I just got two sets of 6 ton jack stands from them they went that extra mile to package them up good and they are very beefy well made and strong I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal at a great price
Don't use this company, they seem to have no interest in fulfilling orders. Apparently, my order is still with the courier whom also have a terrible customer rating!
Vevor claim that there is nothing they can do, not even contact the courier?
They did wish me a happy life though!

I ordered and received a wood lathe and needed a chuck to go with it. I ordered the chuck that the company said goes with it. When I tried installing the chuck on the lathe, it was obviously not the correct part for my lathe. I contacted Vevor customer support and was told to accept a 30% discount and sell it myself! No free return allowed... This company sucks!

I was shipped a water pump that didn't pump water nearly close to the advertised rate and for which I had to manually spin the cooling fan (attached to the pump drive) to get the pump to start. After sending video and photos, they told me to take it somewhere for repair, get a quote, and contact them to approve the quote before leaving the pump for repair. I told them that was absurd and no one would repair it for less than $100 (it cost $145). Then they offered me $45 to keep it. I said I don't want a broken pump in my shed and that I wanted to return it. Next they offered me $85 and said I should take it because returns can be lost in the mail! I'm still waiting for a shipping label or refund 2+ weeks after contacting them. Don't bother!
After posting my story on 3 sites, I have now been refunded the full amount. I wish it was handled properly in the first place, but glad to have my money back.

They don't say that if there is nothing wrong with it and you are sending it back because it wont fit where you wanted it you'll have to pay shipping and my awning was 68.99, the shipping back is 39.00.

Purchased a 500 watt windmill that can not possibly do more than 360 watts. They keep lying about its ability. Answers are the opposite from the Q&A on their website. Offered to refund about 25% of the value. I will never buy from them again.

Anything you purchase from vevor is a service or repair nightmare. There is no replacement parts available period. So if you buy something here and it fails you'll end up having to get rid of it because parts are impossible to get.do not buy here unless your prepared to tose it when it needs a part

I purchased a new top for my carport canopy. Advertised size was 10x20 my framework is 19'8" long. The replacement top is 8" too short in length and 8" short in width as well. I got the runaround from VEVOR customer service wanting me to send pictures to a non-existent web address. Customer service department is automated and provides the same review responses to all negative feedback. After 2 weeks of BS and automated messages they have offered me $14. I have declined the offer and informed them of a resolution that would make me happy. Now they don't respond. If you have to have something a SPECIFIC SIZE don't order it from VEVOR. If there is any problem they are not willing to help you. I believe everyone should know this.

I bought 2 item same time, It is so poor quality. Made in China. All the good reviews I don't know how they got it, it didn't show when I leave 1 star review.

I ordered a natural gas grill griddle from vevor. They sent me a propane grill griddle. And they have been giving me the run around in emails. And wont swnd me the one i ordered... Vevor is a scam. Do not buy anything from this website. They sell broken and non-functional products and do not accept returns. Upon placing an order, their online store generates duplicate orders and charges double the amount, which they refuse to refund.

I have a vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump stopped working. It is less than a year old but they would not honor the warranty. Horrible customer service and inferior product.

I recently bought a 10 X 10 gazebo from Vevor. $133 in total. Easy installation but the quality is junk. The first rain we got and a pole bent. Second rain another pole and one of the tie down anchors came detached from the swing itself. Reached out to customer support and still no reply.

They say one year warranty but they don't have a warranty department to deal with it they tell you to get it fix and but they don't have a way to pay for it they keep on saying that they are dealing with it and will get a email about it and still waiting for them now the say they don't know how deal with it this is going on seven months and they still don't know wow to deal with it they should not be able to sell something and not have a way to deal with warranty

Vevor 12X20 Carport
Wasn't bad to put up and looked OK it took less then 2 months to be worthless as a cover... The top ripped in the center front and back...The sides all have bad stitching and have started to pull apart, grommets ripping from the cheap plastic material. I had to go to Harbor freight and buy tarps to cover the top so my boat stays dry. Long story short this carport is a worthless pile of junk that cost me 370.00...This carport was bought to replace my 5 year old Harbor freight carport that was starting to fall apart I should have just bought another one.
