Horrible company. I bought an air compressor that does not work properly. I sent customer service a video of the problem. They continue to come back with idiotic responses 24-48 hours later - your house voltage is wrong, your extension cord is defective, blah blah blah. Yes - they actually tried to make the argument that there is something wrong with my house (which is brand new - literally just built in 2023).
Their 30 day no-hassle return claim is BS. I have filed a claim with AMEX. They are horrible - do not get sucked into their low prices, easy returns, etc. Do not buy anything from Vevor!

I purchased a 15qt commercial mixer and after opening the box I realize the paint on the mixer was peeling off. There was rust under the paint! The repaint old items to make them look brand new! There were alot of dents on the mixer! I emailed them but no response

Vevor sold me a PLASTIC hose pipe connector for my retractable garden hose. Then they kept trying to get me to keep it by offering a replacement part. There is no way you can speak to anyone at the company. The calls are routed to a call center who just relays messages. I do not even believe they are in the USA.

Their products are cheap CHEAP CHEAP crap! The company is fraudulent, they have no customer satisfaction. There is no return policy and their product descriptions are total lies, their idea of strong and rugged is crazy……products are plastic and cheap. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Order the paint both over 3weeks ago, tried to cancel the order with 3 different customer service representatives within in 2 hours of ordering. I wanted to upsize the order, and said that I would need to cancel and reorder. Later in the day I received ani email that it had been shipped. Waited for a tracking number, when I was able to track the purchase, it came to Kansas City, Missouri, then returned to California. There customer service depatment has been no help at all. I am still out my money.

I purchased an extractor on the 7th and on the 11th they cancelled my order "for on payment" yet the payment went through on my credit card the day I purchased the item. Doing a charge back now.

I bought 4 pottery wheels from this company and ALL FOUR wheels came damaged. When I contacted Vevor about sending the damaged products back for replacements, they refused to refund me. I sent pictures, videos, and thoroughly explained how they were damaged but they still refused to give me a full refund. They advertise "30-Day Hassle Free" returns which is a total and complete LIE. They will not honor that. I spent over $700 on their site and fully regret it but I'm stuck with the damaged items I was sent. It's insane that this company is blatantly scamming people but continues to operate.

I purchased a louvered fan, it arrived with louvers broken and bent, I was polite and recommended a stronger shipping box.
I sent photos taken 30 min after pick up from post office, I included multiple photos and they said they would get back to me. I waited and waited, they had to send complaint to a different team. Ok so i waited again to received
"Kindly note our technical team replied that "WRONG SKU, DON'T YOU CHECK THE SKU WITH THE PICS CST SEND?".
I have included the photos including QR code which you can scan and find this very item all over the internet.

Bought an expensive piece of equipment off them (US$4000) - Advertised as a one week delivery. Delivery actually took 6 weeks. Item came faulty out of the box and they wouldn't repair it. We had to hire a guy to come and fix the machine (US$1200) which Vevor paid back to us after lots of back and forth with them. After a few weeks the machine broke again and now they are just stalling and ignoring requests for help - saying that "you have to be patient." WTF, I have to be patient? Waited weeks and weeks for faulty junk that ended up costing us thousands in downtime and lost production. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY ANY VEVOR JUNK

I ordered a wire stripping machine and after using it a couple of times it's stopped working properly. I called to get technical support to hopefully fix it myself but instead they sent me a new one. I don't know why these other people are having problems (I'm not denying them) but I have to thank vevor for doing the right thing.
We ordered a floating dock for our boat and upon opening the entire thing was covered in mold! Support offered us a $20 refund! This place is a joke and a scam!

Issue: received a small injury from the product due to an unfinished metal edge. Edges are buffed smooth on all other areas but one area was left raised and sharp. Another area had a tiny protruding point that could cause a potential injury. Both appear to be from a lack of quality control. Though the injury is minor, this product was intended to be used with the public and would pose a significant risk of injury and liability.
I requested a full refund and to keep the product to fix myself or to have the product replaced. The company offered a refund of $18.61, $27.92 and $55.85 over the course of one week and numerous emails.
Customer service did not provide information on how these amounts are determined.
Their primary response to the matter was:
"In an effort to save you time and energy, we believe that the process of returning the item and receiving a full refund may be too complex, time-consuming, and troublesome"
Customer service has been terrible and will only respond once a day. Product itself would be acceptable (rating 3 out of 5) if the issue was fixed.

I purchased a electric transformer. It arrived damaged. I notified them I wanted to return it and asked for a refund. They did not want to refund my purchase cost or take the damage product back. But instead they began trying to negotiate with me to only refund a small portion of the purchase amount. First only 5%, then 10%, at that point i notified by credit card company of Vevor.com unethical and fraudulent business practices and filed a formal complaint. Vevor.com is terrible. Their website is also conveniently broken when you try to submit a refund claim, it will not allow you to submit your claim without photos, but conveniently will not accept any uploads for photos or support files. When I tried submitting a notice to them about their broken website, via their website customer service portal, it would also not allow you to actually submit a notice to them. Stay Away, Stay Away, Stay Away... Vevor.com is painful and not honest.

This was not the reason we purchased your equipment to face such poor after service, we have mentioned so many times that our operation is suffering and we may need to buy another dough mixer pretty soon, as you guys are unable to determine the issue virtually. You have asked us to open the motor etc, if i was so good with these things, why would i bother you in the first place. Please understand that i am not a technician as you also mentioned it will make it convenient for you to find the reason. Probably what would be more convenient is send a technician in person at the location to figure it out rather then playing eMail games to and fro. Our time is valuable and we request you to please be reasonable. Its been more then a week now and we are just sending emails. I will write a detailed review for Vevor after this about how you guys make your customers life miserable once they buy your products and expect promp service which is no where to be found. Their chat is done by Chinese with a poor quality translator
Their phone service is non-existent
I'll NEVER buy from them again
