Fast delivery, nice product I buy and use a lot of there stuff for the work I do

First time trying your product. So far happy with purchase.

I am opening a restaurant, and I ordered a locked metal storage cabinet from Vevor. I am planning to use it to store liquor and other supplies. The cabinet came in a couple of days but it is missing a part. The cabinet cannot be assembled without the missing part which helps to support and hold the cabinet together. The part is labeled "G" in section 4 of their assembly instructions. The part has no possible use except as part of their cabinet. I have emailed them and messaged them several times. First, they asked me to send me my order number and photos of the parts I did receive. I complied with their request. Next, they told me the missing part might be attached to a different part, but I checked carefully and it is not. Now they tell me they are "investigating" Actually, they are just giving me a run-a-round. I paid more than $100 for this cabinet but it cannot be assembled. The cabinet is useless without the missing part. I am spending valuable time emailing and messaging back and forth. The missing part is labeled part "G" in their assembly instructions. They are making something simple into something difficult and frustrating. Just send me the missing part.

Ordered a vibrating plate compactor that was lost by ups then found and was damaged. Refund process was godd it just took weeks to settle and i really needed that tool for a project so i had to rent one that ended up costing more.
I've purchased other items that have been good quality just a little slow to ship.

I ordered two items. They arrived late and one was completely destroyed (damaged in shipping) I sent pictures before and after I opened the box. All I was wanting is for a new to be sent, not a refund. I am still waiting on a resolution.

Shopping for them and purchasing was a breeze shipping was fast and better than expected I will be buying more from be or in the future.

With a couple of rare exceptions, every item has been above expectation quality wise. Pricing is competitive if not more so. Customer service has taken care of me over the one issue that has arisen so far that required contact. Will be back for more and more.

I was skeptical about this since the price is half what others ask, but this metal brake gets it done. I actually used it to bend 16guage on first time and it worked well. It's only rated for 20 gauge. The handles are a bit too short for that but I slipped a couple 1"pipes on to lengthen them and that made it easy to bend.

I received my package in great shape. It was packaged well, and the instructions were easy to follow. I think the prices are very resendable. Some of the quality is a little less than others but is a match for quality. Job well done.

Great cart, 5 minute assembly, well made and attached to my rear axle with ease(I did add an extension to the axle). Pulls great with my 1000 watt mid drive ebike.
